"Rude disgusting staff waited oven an hour for our pizza with no updates had to go up twice to check still no update ended up having to cancel our pizza and still get our toddlers pizza as they were starving waited another 25 minutes and they brought the wrong pizza for our dairy free child!!!!!!! Waitresses sniggering and manager is USELESS. Standing in hear whilst waiting for head office number after being offered a 20% discount for all the hassle which is nowhere good enough. AVOID AVOID AVOID I have been going to pizza express for my whole life and NEVER had an experience like this!!!!!"

I think this was my first visit to a Pizza express and I was positively surprised. All the food was lovely and we had good service as well. Started like sitting in a refrigerator, but once we asked the manager direct, he turned the air con off (he didn't listen to staff). All in all, we had a good experience. View menu

The manager at this location answered the phone and acted as if they couldn't hear me. I am starting to doubt their professionalism, especially since they were difficult and rude last week. As a frequent customer of Pizza Express, I have never encountered such apathy towards the company they represent. It is truly disappointing.

food took an 1.5 hours to arrive and was undercooked. servers were nice but food just took way too long for a pizza express and the food seems overpriced to come practically raw after all that waiting. furthermore there were tables that came in 30 minutes after us yet we looked on in horror as they were served well before us. would not recommend
