"we were with 10 people (17-84 years), (previously reserved) at 13h to eat. all 10 people were disappointed afterwards. after 30-40 mints the simple appetizers finally arrived. (spargelsalat and carpaccio) salat was ok, as the capaccio tasted was not noticeable, as it was drowned in balsamico cream.After more ask after another 40 minutes of the main course.The salt potatoes were pellkartoffeln (shell was not co-essable), from the spatula were not even the hard ends cut off. the gnocci resembled rubber, the sose tasted only after salt and burned paprika powder etc.....After another 30 minauten came the desert. ok the 2 balls finished ice were ok. the service was embarrassing, but they could not change anything.It is record that from 10 people in the age between 17 and 84 nobody tasted eating. the infinitely long waiting times."

"Very, very nice service, relatively short waiting times despite peak time in the evening. The terrace to sit outside I found very appealing, a small greeting from the kitchen beforehand always belongs to it and makes appetite for more. The salmon carpaccio with pink pepper as an appetizer was formally swallowed by my accompaniment and even I, who actually does not like salmon, found the taste very delicious and interesting. The pizzas were great, and really well-stocked, especially the pizza with raw ham and ruccola, I didn't stash badly (see photos... We wanted to take the rest we didn't make. In short, the boss came and put us a freshly baked new little pizza, because he hadn't told us about the remains in the kitchen: I call that service! "It is extremely difficult to find the words for this wonderful restaurant. The ambience is simply excellent. The warm nature of the owners completes the entire restaurant. Now for dinner... The Rumpsteak is the best I've ever eaten. Perfectly roasted to the point, tenderness like no other. Supplements and sauce are in nothing. New favorite restaurant. Thank you."

"Eine Perle zwischen Yachthafen und Naturschutzgebiet dieses Resort verspricht viel und hält dies auch. Wir waren begeistert von der Anlage vom freundlichen Personal über das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet bis zum wirklich stilvollen Sparadies mit Saunen, Hamam und Indoorpool. Die Zimmer sind trendig eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die Betten richtig bequem und die Aussicht auf die Ostsee, die Salzwiesen und das Meer an Segelyachtmasten machte den Abschied schwer. Auch zu empfehlen ist die vegane Küche des Hauses. Hier gibt es Gaumenschmaus vom Feinsten und die Erkenntnis, dass man aus Gemüse allerlei Köstlichkeiten kreiern kann zumindestr der Koch des Arborea kann das hervorragend. Mit dem hauseigenen Bootsshuttle ist man schnell in Neustadt oder am Strand in Petershagen. Mit dem Rad kann man die wunderschöne Landschaft des östlichen Holstein erkunden und wer sich erholen will, ist hier em besten Ort. Wir kommen garantiert wieder."
