I personally faded, but the child tasted it very well. both parts were eaten almost completely. the rice, optically quite loose (I like him a little sticky I didn't try after my wife said it was good taste and was happy to eat. mango huhn: the chicken meat is very delicate here too. the sauce very fruity and lightly refined with some kokos. that like to eat sweet fruity meat, for which this dish certainly fits very well. my wife was thrilled. with would have missed the sharp again, but it was properly prepared as desired. mutton vindaloo – sharp with nan: the lamb was perhaps a little firm, but still far from hard. the contained kartoffels still bite-resistant and the sose slightly tomatoous with a somewhat protruding ingwer (petific and various aromen. a good sharpness that surprised me first, but after a few pieces I could have been a bit more intense. the nan came divided into 4 quarters and on the table.
