"The pizza place was above average in terms of portion sizes, taste, and prices compared to other downtown spots. I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the staff. Despite the quiet day with only a few other tables occupied, the workers seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than on providing attentive service to diners. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the minor issue would not deter me from returning."

Really good food with excellent selection of pizza's. The menu also changes regularly with Is really good as every time I go in I end up getting one of the new options which are always very good. The selection of pasta isn't that great but the ones that are there are very nice. They also have great starters dough balls being my favourite and would definitely recommend. View menu

Pizza Express is a family-friendly restaurant that consistently delivers on taste, price, and atmosphere. The moment you walk in, you are greeted with inviting aromas and attentive service. Their Leggera options are perfect for those watching their weight, and they also offer gluten-free choices. While the service was a bit slow during our visit to the Queen Street location, the overall dining experience was very good.

I would normally eschew as chain but I love Pizza Express. I think their name doesn't even do them justice. Their vegan menu is excellent and the new vegan calzone is actually exceptional. The staff are always lovely and it's a nice place to sit too. I think it's always a safe bet and even better option if you've got kids as they are kept entertained with the colouring in, and I like the fact they do kids sized pizzas too
