"We were struggling to find a restaurant for our family of 10 with three generations including a fussy 9 year old and two vegetarians. Can't believe we found this place. Tiny 16th century building on a little back street with only about 25 seats. Menu of pizzas, pastas and a variety of veal dishes along with a menu enfant. Starters looked a bit pricey although we saw from other tables that they were big enough for main courses. We ordered various meals including spaghetti bolagnese (both adult and kids), pizzas, veal dishes and numerous pastas. Everything was fantastic; highly recommend the spicy tomato spaghetti, the Gorgonzola sauce or the carbonara. Portions were generous and staff (all two of them) were attentive and friendly. Desserts are also massive so you could easily share. Can't fault this little gem and would recommend you pay it a visit."

Sunday evening of rain, fortunately, we found a warm welcome and very fine pizza pasta with generous filling to warm us. Thank you!

This restaurant cannot be faulted. Welcoming and amazing setting in the old part of Quimperle. The food was as good if not better than meals at restaurants in Italy.

We have been coming here for five years every time we holiday in this region of france. Same fabulous service, beautiful restaurant and the best pizza. Long live Dom Maurice! Hopefully see you later this week.

Went there twice on our visit to Brittany. Ate once and returned on our last day (20k) because it was so good. Really small but lovely atmosphere even when really busy. Astonishingly just the cook and hostess (presume owners) both very friendly. Food pizza, pastas and desert top notch and excellent value. A must.

superb experience with my girlfriend, Parisian on vacation for 1 week on quimperlé, if you want to eat a pizza that you will remember, go! One of the best pizzas I could eat. It's their dough that makes all the difference. very well is crispy like the real Italian pizzas. the staff is rather friendly and well presentable! I recommend!

Sat outside, in what is really a thoroughfare, between restaurants, but made for an interesting evening. The restaurant certainly caters for the English tourist trade in the summer. Lovely friendly, English speaking staff, good reliable food, both pizza's from the basic menu and the a' la carte. Good value wine.Over all a very pleasant restaurant, not for a special occasion, but good food at a reasonable price

We wrote a 5* review last year and on our return to Brittany it was top of our list to return to. The high standard set last year for food, service and value has been maintained. In addition the weather allowed us to eat outside on the street. Arriving early, the owner explained she would be open in 10 mins. After a swift drink elsewhere we returned to find without asking she had reserved us a table. As last year, this place is a must if you a anywhere near Quimperle.

This is now our fourth year of visiting Dom Morice and yet again we were not disappointed. We were fortunate to be able to sit outside in the cobbled street to enjoy stupendous starters, gorgeous pizzas cooked in a the wood-fired oven and delicious deserts. All for an amazing €68 for three of us, including wine. If you are ever in this part of France, make a point of visiting. You won't be disappointed. Just wish they were based over in Derbyshire near us so we could visit more often!
