"Having found this restaurant through Trip Advisor, I was determined to sample it's food. We were staying locally and called in one lunchtime to find the 7 or so tables all full and no room at the inn. We decided to book for the evening and come back. We were thrilled we did. The menu has pizza / pasta / meat dishes, which met the needs of my wife and 2 girls. I had a scallop and smoked salmon pasta dish which was heaven on a plate. My wife had a veal marsala and the girls went for pizza and pasta dishes. Portions were perfect and the food melted in our mouths. With only the chef and partner, they were efficiently busy but very attentive to everyone. The restaurant is in a pedestrian street in a 16th century style house which oozed charm. Just one room with beams and a large fireplace, it was buzzing with happy diners, and those that came without a booking and were turned away must have left very disappointed. When it came to dessert our hostess didn't push, and even advised that the kids wouldn't finish a profiteroles plate, so we shared. She was right! The portions again were very generous.When the bill came, I thought there was something wrong, and scoured to find the error. No, everything was there - but the price! It was amazing - fabulous food, lovely surroundings, attentive waitress and even a chef who came out to say goodbye - and not overpriced - that's not something you get every day!I would advise anyone in the area to try this gem of a restaurant. Make a booking if you can't get a table and come back - it will be worth it!"

"Suggested hotel novalis for our wedding anniversary on August 11, 2017 is a delight! for gastro it is ze must ! keep in my address during a next passage, from the room, to the server, to the dishes a delight! has not missed, the wines served terrible the surprise that I would not reveal! restaurant 20 covered and a booking presqu'obligatory I introduced myself with my tall dog and very nicely the boss accepted us despite the ban! And yet the demand is great! 10/10 has done absolutely!"

"attracted to this atypical restaurant and the reviews read on tripadvisor, we were very welcome. Unfortunately the suite was not up to the height. too much mint in the tuna tartar that no longer really had the tuna taste. fries too fat houses. It is true that to satisfy the people of the north, the fries must be cooked in 2 successive baths. fortunately the price is not excessive. Too bad it would take little to put the kitchen at the reception and the atmosphere."

"down the street savary, the welcome is always nice. pizzas are of good quality and well garnished with good products. the value/price ratio is very correct. the processing time of the order is not very long, 20 minutes on average.
