"location and service personnel very good and gas-torientated. the incompetence of the cook and the circumvent with obvious errors is highly impersonal. the reaction of the service manager was a discussion about the stages of the process, probably noticed with a gas which is extremely dared in gastronomy, since in the rule the gas pays the product and thus supports the operation and the employees. the high point was with a distance the statement of the restaurant manager after which he had the court credit, "if you don't have a clue." so especially, very bad because the quality is really good."

"Das war das letzte mal! Erstens wartet man ewig und bekommt jedes mal eine Standpauke und dann bekommt man 2 Stück Fleisch und kein Ketchup! Ist das wirklich zu viel verlangt? Dann möchte man eine Reklamation melden und meint sie das ich nicht mit doppelt Kebap bestellt habe? Ausnahmsweise macht sie es mir einen neuen, wenn ich es selber abhole! Danke nein nie wieder! "es ist eine weile her, wo ich das letzte mal in der grill ranch war. sicher 4 bis 5 jahre, mit meiner ex (möge sie in der hölle brennen). das ambiente ist schön wie immer, ich finde die alten schweren rustikalen tische und bänke passend. die optik ist sehr einladend und hat auch jetzt mich wieder angesprochen. so wieso jetzt nur drei sterne? ich war ja früher in der grill ranch öfters und bin nur immer wegen die sparibs hingekommen. damals musste ich echt kämpfen das ich die portion bestehend aus 2 rippenlängen und reichlich kartoffeln in mir stopfte. darüber hinaus waren zwei saucen dabei. nun jahre später, 1 rippenlänge durch 2 geteilt, weinig ja erschreckend wenig kartoffeln, 1 sauce. der geschmack war ok, wobei mit eine herrliche honig oder bierkruste könnte um 15,90 schon drinnen sein. ich sag mal so preis und leistung passt nicht mehr! das bier, a murli sehr gut gezapft und schön kalt. die kellner freundlich und flink.trotzdem, es gibt einige lokale in wien, da bekommt man um weiniger geld mehr und es schmeckt auch besser..."

"Habe hier eine Pasta Quattro Formaggi bestellen wollen, habe angerufen und gesagt dass ich eine Quattro Formaggi und ein Eistee Zitrone Dose haben möchte. Der Verkäufer (Chef) hat mich nicht gefragt ob Pizza oder Pasta, und ich dachte dass es klar sei. Nach 40 Minuten kam der Lieferant mit einer Pizzaschachtel in der Hand, und ich sagte ihm dass ich Nudeln bestellt habe. Er nahm die Pizza und Eistee wieder mit. Danach rief mich der Chef höchstpersönlich an und sagte mir dass ich nicht mehr bei ihm bestellen soll und dass er mir die Pasta auch nicht liefern wird."
