"So...I went back after some time because it disappointed me the last time. Instead, perhaps it will have changed management, this time I had a really good time. The pizzas have become probably the best in the city among those made in the Pisan style pan, cooked perfectly, with a nice crunchy edge, generously seasoned, with quality products and very tasty. The scones are also top marks. The girl who serves has a nice manner and is really kind and the place is spick and span including the small bathroom (not a given in such a small location). I 'll just make a couple of notes: put a slice of ham and a slice of bacon on the Tuscan cutting board (a little tight... unlike pizza) and include a white and red bulk wine on the menu because in the pizzeria if I want wine I don 't have to be forced to take a bottle. Anyway, well done...we 'll be back again."

Fantastic pizza. Cannot recommend enough. I also need to praise the staff as we showed up on Saturday evening without reservation but still the waiter organised quickly the table for us. Small and cute place. Very kind and smiling staff, very helpful. Wood-fired oven (this is an added value) and a nice counter at the entrance with cold cuts. Real Pisan pizza, made in pans, the dough is good but at least mine and my friend's would have been cooked a minute longer. The flavors are a bit strange and a bit curious but it's also nice to try something new and we didn't regret it. The cecina is also good, the dough is good, not salty (salty stuff kills my taste) but slightly high. We were satisfied with our evening and the expense was in line with what we consumed.
