"We came to this restaurant at 9 years old, among colleagues. The installation and table service throughout the meal were pleasant. Half of our group took pizza, the other half of the pasta and risotto. While everyone was happy with pizza, risottos and pasta were less appreciated. The risotto was fade and lacked fillings, according to my colleagues. We didn't test desserts. Overall, it is a good small Italian restaurant without pretention, a little expensive (only 20€ for pizza and wine glass)."

I took a pizza pesto bufala (pictured), really not bad at all! The warm and friendly welcome, quick and efficient service. There were no more pressure beers but the choice remained wide and satisfactory. So I could take an Italian Moretti not easy to find in other restaurants.

Delicious ! The welcome and the service is very warm and smiling, really very pleasant... The menu is varied, the plates are hearty and delicious! Special mentions for the size of the steak in the burger, the homemade fries and the really crispy and chewy pizza dough I highly recommend !

"I ate here on a Thursday evening, on arrival I received a very warm and friendly greeting. I had booked on line as a solo traveller I wanted to make sure I had somewhere for dinner. Initially I couldn’t find the restaurant on google maps...so phoned them. A very friendly young lady explained how I could get to the restaurant in English, a bonus as my French is very limited. It’s a characterful place with rustic charm. I was shown to my table at the back of the restaurant, perfect to watch the comings and goings of guests and soak up the ambience without feeling like I was alone. A kir Royale, about €6 to start with a carafe of excellent house rose , about €10. My starter main and desert options were expertly explained to me in English by the young lady who had directed me to the restaurant. For starter I had goats cheese Provençal , served in a ceramic dish the goats cheese sits on the Provençal sauce , with salad and French bread. Simple but absolutely delicious. Then a steak with fries and salad, cooked to my liking and served with a delicious sauce. To end I had cheese and more French bread. Total cost was around €48, so taking off the drinks around €32, not bad for a restaurant in central Versailles which had a number of walk ins as well as bookings, I feel very lucky to have enjoyed the hospitality offered to me. Highly recommended, booking advisable."
