Quite a sterile place with impatient bordering on rude waiting staff that didn't seem to like having foreigners in their restaurant. Other Italian restaurants in Bad Lauterberg were much more pleasant

Die Pizza im Mamma Mia ist typisch für Deutsch ausgelegt. Dicker Boden und dicker Belag und riesig. Eine echte Aufgabe. Grundsätzlich war sie aber nicht schlecht. Mit dem freundlichen Service dann doch 4 Punkte

Mamma Mia has a long history in Bad Lauterberg and is a very good Italian restaurant. There is a lot of choice and some dishes can be ordered in a smaller size which is very good. Italian owner and staff are native Italians which makes...it even better

Traditional Italian food presented well on the plate. Nice sallads but covered with some German dressing. Next time maybe just virgin oliveoil and vinegear. The veal meat good. The pizzas a bit heavy and thick. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Reasonable prices and ok wine...on glass

Uns empfing ein recht volles Restaurant, ich dachte schon das wird nix! Doch dank der spontanen und sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter/Chef wurde mit gekonnten Handgriffen schnell mal Platz gemacht! Das sehr nette Personal wurde nur von den leckeren Gerichten übertroffen! Wenn wir mal wieder im Harz sind schauen wir gerne wieder rein!

This is truly Italian who would have thought? In the middle of Bad Lauterberg. It must be familyrun. The young daughter doing her homework at the bardesk made us think we were in a tiny town in Italy. My friends had a pizza and...a pastaplate which were both enjoyed to the max. My lasagne couldn't have been better. Their Merlot is great, too. Very friendly staff and a familylike atmosphere. Go there

We had not booked as we entered this pleasantly decorated and bright restaurant, which was recommended to us, and the friendly staff gave us a very warm welcome and instantly found us a clean fresh table. Our order for drinks was taken as we perused...the menu, we ordered our various starters and mains of pizzas and pastas for our group of five. It all duly arrived, fresh and hot. My bruschetta was piled high, totally tasty and delicious, one of the best that I have ever had. My pasta was wonderfully fresh and very nice. Amongst the others in our group there was not a thing left on their plate. A most enjoyable meal, thank you chef. We settled in for a coffee to finish, and of course a night...
