"Undoubtedly THE BEST BURGERS I've tried in my life (and I've tried in quite a few specialized places) You can tell that they are well thought out and very well cooked, the flavor is a delight in all the varieties that I tried, they are juicy, not oily and with a combination of quality ingredients that is noticeable from the first bite. The price is totally adjusted, it is worth every euro invested. The atmosphere is excellent, the place is beautiful and cozy and the attention is first class, both in the premises and by phone, they advise you and take great care of you. "It's always difficult serving 14 people at once but Luis and his boys managed magnificently. We started by sharing various starters crab pate, baked artichokes and stuffed mushrooms along with the house speciality of fried olives. Everyone was given a choice of meat or fish but most of us had steaks or iberian pork fillets but I couldn't resist the oxtail which was superb. A birthday cake arrived for dessert and everyone had tea or coffee.along with some liqueurs (Invitation of the house) we eventually left at almost 5.30pm after a very good lunch"

"We felt we had exited a time machine as we entered El Copo. Happen chance took us there, design will take us back. The decor is the type that would normally bring out the OCD in me, to pack it all up in boxes, but everything was clearly regularly cleaned and all themed to the place and the menu, so was totally forgivable (unless you love clutter so there would be nothing to forgive . The service was on point. Suitably attentive without being overbearing. One of our party was under the weather and when we asked the possibility of a simple non menu dish of scrambled eggs for him the response was positive, willing and immediate. Later, as we ordered desserts, a different waiter offered a curative infusion or honey and lemon to the ailing diner Loved that thought and attention to detail. The service was professional. Our mains were placed in front of us without asking who was eating which dish. Old school style the bread crumbs were whisked off the table cloth with a flash of a silver table paddle, in the same moment as the very empty plates were cleared away. The service was friendly and informative, without being familiar. So 1970's. Such a delight, if not a little giggle, but most definitely not in derision. Truly, sadly, a rarity these days. People seem to generally have lower expectations and settle for so much less. The food we ordered, which included tartare of tuna, langoustines, lemon sole amongst others was very well executed and presented. The dessert that was a winner in all our eyes was the giant Jaffa cake well a beautifully light and fluffy sponge with an orange concentrate filling and a dark chocolate sauce Total Eclipse! Those who know will know ;"

"Los platos son grandes y vienen bien servidos, aunque mejoraría la guarnición de verduras (añadir algo de sabor, no solo cocerlas) y la lubina al horno también. Comimos de menú y viene completo con bebidas, postre Y (no o) café. Sirven rápido, a destacar el arroz caldoso y el revuelto, buenísimos. Hice la reserva por teléfono y nos pusieron en el comedor, donde solo se puede comer con menú, en la terraza si puedes comer sin menú. Pienso que deberían de haberme informado en el momento de hacer la reserva."
