"Unfriendly, grumpy and, moreover, rude staff, especially the cashier with the big black glasses who laughed at me in front of the customers, several times, because I wanted to pay my bill even if it was a negligible amount with the debit card. At the time of payment, there was a connection problem and this cashier got annoyed and in an aggressive tone invited me to leave her place, shouting in front of everyone that she was giving me the bill and that I had to force my friend to pay for me. Furthermore, when my friend paid my bill, she didn't even want to give me the receipt. I believe that such staff should not and are not able to work for the public because such attitudes are serious and gratuitously offend and denigrate customers. I also believe it is serious and that the necessary controls by the authorities and owners are right. This is unacceptable."

We were in Monopili on vacation for 6 days, and we ate here 3 different times: lunch, aperirtivos and drinks on the veranda and also for dinner. Each experience was unique and delightful.
