"I usually get a strudel with salad (15.80CHF) to take away once a week and look forward to getting my lunch from this sweet little Bulgarian coffee place! The vegan hearty strands are either filled with vegetables or a curry with lenses and the puff pastry is always really crispy and delicious. There are four different types of salads that you can choose, such as chickpea or buckwheat vegetables. At least two of them are usually vegan and the offer changes every day. The atmosphere in Poushe is cozy, the interior is very aesthetic and the service knows about vegan options. The only thing that could be complained about is the disposable, but biodegradable dishes that can easily be avoided by taking own containers."

Delicious strudels but 15 francs is too much for one piece.

Nice atmosphere which takes you back into the belle époque cute design, friendly service. But the strudels are overrated.

Many varieties of very fancy strudels. Clearly labelled as vegan and delicious. Expensive but worth it for the experience.

Baked and creamy vegan desserts are quite hard to find and here you get both: Tasty strudels with vegan vanilla sauce. The selection isn't huge but if you don't come here too often it's always a treat.

Globus sells Strudel by Poushe for 12CHF. That is expensive by Swiss standards and for the taste actually overpriced. It’s fine but not extraordinary. A Bulgarian friend has once cooked banitsa for me and the Poushe Strudel reminded me of it. Maybe more so than...of the classic Austrian Strudel.

While it is great that poushe offers some hearty stretches than their lunch card and the spinch feta is certainly a good option to try their highlights are the sweet strands. especially some of their seasonal specialties, the autumn tastes short spicy apfel strängel. is simply divine, a perfect blend of spicy and sweet. best accompanied by her pumpkin salad, which is only aromatic, not overwhelmed by sugary seasonings. the strands are definitiw expensive, about 10-12 francs each but rather fill so good price-performance ratio at the end of the day.

we often stop in the poushe strudelhaus in aeugstertal on our bike tour with friends or go there for a retreat with the family. there are only outside seats so it is great to stop at a nice day and otherwise take away. the strudel are amazing! the lenses curry one is super tasty and my favorites but they also do a vegan chop meat, a ratatouille and a feta spinat that are all also very beautiful. they also have many sweet strands, all I have tried are tasty! Many of the strudels are vegan that is awesome. the dame is super friendly and is clearly proud of its creations; quite right!
