"Our place to stay when visiting Liverpool. Location for us is perfect and no hassle for car parking. Rooms very clean and staff friendly and always ready to oblige. Thank you Rooms: Always clean and comfy beds! Nearby activities: Bus service accessible, we use for visit into the city. Shops nearby for any essentials and restaurants/pubs within walking distance. Safety: Reception present 24 hrs and non residents do not get access to accomodation areas. Walkability: Hotel is off main road and crossing them is not a problem as there are pedestrian crossings in operation. Food drinks: Food and Restaurant service is good, but we now book breakfast for 8.30 or before as after that time it can get very busy (depending on the day and school holidays etc) We enjoy our drink, weather permitting at the seating area in front of the hotel"

Lovely place to stay as usual with Premier Inn. Only thing that marks it down is fact that air conditioning didn't work Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value View menu

Overall good value for money but the rooms are stifling and struggled to sleep and was dripping in sweat. A plastic fan will not do. Also I went sick upon going for a cigarette and found 3 big rats rustling in the bin right outside Rooms: The rooms are so warm I struggled to sleep at night. The sweat was dripping from me and a plastic fan doesn’t help the room Rooms: 3 View menu

Super friendly staff in a cosy premier inn. I’m a fan of this hotel chain anyway as I find they do the simple things well comfy bed, spacious room, good bathroom shower. There is no A/C available which I think can be a downside if it’s hot, but kudos for saving energy. You can have a fan instead which probably does the job in Liverpool even in the summer time. Thank you for leaving a pack of Maryland cookies and a personalised note to welcome me. So sweet!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet, despite the hotel being quite busy. There is a Beefeater restaurant attached to the hotel, so if you plan to dine there, I recommend booking in advance as it can get crowded. Alternatively, there's a lovely restaurant across the street called the Jolly Miller. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but they do come with a heater and windows that open, although the openings are somewhat restricted. Overall, the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower facilities were great.
