"We moved into the neighborhood a few months ago and were excited to try this place since it seemed popular. I have to say we were disappointed. We were greeted with a frown as though we were a huge burden to seat. The waitresses seemed unhappy and stressed out. The decor inside was cute but the acoustics were awful. The food took forever to arrive and was just okay: average, not particularly well executed German café fare. There was a full bar and a big board listing their cocktails, so I decided to try one to redeem things. That turned out to be a mistake. The first cocktail I got was disgustingly sweet. It was just not balanced at all. I had to confess politely to the waitress that I didn 't like it, and ordered another. I made it clear that I would pay I ordered the wrong thing . Then I ordered a negroni. It came completely unmixed. Moreover, it was DISGUSTING. The bartender forgot to put in vermouth and just splashed some of the cheapest possible gin into a cup with a shot of Campari and didn 't even mix it. It was insulting. My friends couldn 't even believe how bad it was. Worse, it was expensive. When we paid the waitress saw the two untouched cocktails on the table and didn 't say a word. There are lots of better places to eat and drink in Haidhausen. This was an unpleasant experience and I 'm not going here again."

The food is good, like the food. They sit perfectly in the garden opposite the idyllic Kriechbaumhof. With the children's playground right next door, parents also have a relaxed time.

A really nice restaurant with great beer garden. The service is first class: very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. I am completely satisfied. If it were possible, I would give 6/5 points.

great neighbourship and a beautiful place to meet. they serve breakfast until 15 o'clock and the offer includes a quite large selection of different breakfast options, although there are not many vegetarian options. Wnetrźe very nice, relaxed atmosphere. come by and take place is worth it. View menu

the preysinggarten is located in a great environment in haidhausen, unfortunately we only got a seat in the interior - the beer garden outside would certainly have been more beautiful. the service in the local was reliable, the selection of breakfast options rich and especially the quality of the food excellent.

View menu

The Preysinggarten is located in the heart of Haidhausen, easy to reach by public transport, whether by tram line 19, which almost stops right in front of the door, or just a few minutes walk from the Ostbahnhof. In the Preysing Garden you can drink breakfast in a cozy atmosphere, delicious and relaxed to a large piece of cake coffee, or you can go well with lush portions a la carte. The kitchen in the Preysinggarten has a Mediterranean character from simple to gourmet level. The restaurant is very child-friendly and is always happy with family visits. Whether for a Sunday breakfast, sometimes on a coffee and a piece of cake or with great hunger, the preysing garden is always a very good cho...

We're visiting Munich from the States and were drawn in by the Kinder/kids menu and overall menu. Top note, the food was absolutely delicious! We had homemade tagliatelle pasta with salmon, and red Thai curry which is vegan and the kitchen was accommodating enough to add a little grilled chicken to the dish with an ask. Our daughter had the salami pizza which she loved. Because we're in a hotel and it's so hard to get fresh veggies on her plate while we travel, I asked for a small cup of veggie sticks and they brought out a sweet plate of peppers, cucumber, carrot and tomatoes. All in all, staff and servers were perfect and kind, service was quick, food was great. Loved it all. Side note, it...

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
