"Lunch here today was the most disappointing, in any place, for months. Saltimbocca consisted of a chicken that had been cooked not by roasting but by methodical dehydration, and a sweet heart cabbage that was soft and watery. The accompanying slow roast potato was more like a baked potato that had been out of the oven for some hours. A consequent order of french fries was acknowledged but yielded no result. The bill came with credit for a voucher presented at the start of the meal conveniently forgotten, and had to be redone."

Pre RAH Christmas Carol meal. Really good food, great atmosphere really packed you did need to book a table. Service was great, busy so food was a little slow, but not unreasonable. Desserts were lovely. Really happy we stopped here. View menu

Lucky enough to book a table for Saturday evening. Needed gluten free and felt very confident that they knew what they were talking about. The food was delicious! Restaurant was lovely and clean and anything ordered was delivered quickly. Would definitely return.

I have visited this Prezzo for the third time, and I have never been disappointed. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, and the food is consistently very good. We even received a lovely free bottle of Prosecco with a welcome voucher - amazing! Thank you, Prezzo.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from my hotel. I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant with my friends when I stayed in Kensington. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, with background music playing. The staff were friendly, taking our orders quickly and providing prompt service. While visiting London over the weekend, my family and I stumbled upon this restaurant on Saturday evening between 5-6pm. We were able to easily book a table for 4 a few hours later with no hassle. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My daughter I were going to an exhibition at Kensington Palace had intended to eat at a nearby restaurant chain but the music was thumping so we left, we tried three other restaurants they all had blaring music. It was such a relief to walk in to Prezzo which just had background music. We like to have a conversation when we're eating. My daughter had bruschetta I had prawns gnocchi. Both were delicious. It's the first time I've been to a Prezzo restaurant I'll certainly go again
