the afternoon was beautiful. excellent value for money. personally, where everything is very friendly and helpful. I love the brightness and the space here

We ordered the Leek Potato Soup as our startup, Roast Chicken Breast (with haggis turnip mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables peppercorn sauce) for our meal and Chocolate Fondant dessert. Everything was very good and the service was friendly and responsive.

really good hotel. the location is very convenient everything in the city center is accessible to foot. the facilities are really good, the rooms are modern. the breakfast was really good, although the service is a little slow. the hotel restaurant is very nice, with a good bar and drink selection. the time in the hotel was very pleasant. beautiful room, tastefully decorated. a full of amenities from the bathroom to the tee. my only complaint is that I could not access the connections to the television to connect my device. great selection at breakfast. exceptional helpful staff (possibly the best customer service I have received in each hotel) highly recommended if they stay in glassgow.

Hotel was clean, reception staff couldn't have been any nicer and so helpful. House keeping have high standards and it shows, the rooms are immaculate The beds in my room was a little too firm, but that's just me maybe! Hotel is Central to all shops and restaurants. Lovely to have chill out time here. Just sorry I couldn't use the Facilities in the Hotel, would've loved the Sauna Steam room, but after an eye procedure thought I'd better not. View menu

good location, nice clean room. the only thing this hotel has left was the room service breakfast. it was booked with me, called reception and a gentleman called william answered and told me my breakfast would be with me soon. the breakfast was too late. the breakfast was good. unfortunately my requested fried eggs came as cunning. at check-out we talked again with william who said that it was sorry that the kitchen was busy not the service I would expect from the raddison hotel.

My friend treated me to an afternoon tea, informing the restaurant that I was vegetarian and gluten-free. The afternoon tea was served buffet-style and looked lovely. Despite my friend reminding the staff about my dietary restrictions, I was given four sandwiches on regular bread with salad fillings. After sitting for 30-45 minutes without anyone checking on us, we had to ask for more tea and for two of the sandwiches to be wrapped up. I also had to inquire about gluten-free options, to which the response was that they would check with the kitchen.
