"we have gone to celebrate a birthday. full menu, no heavy and tasty food. nice place, and very attentive staff. to each dish we have asked for impressions, detailed of what we were going to try. We find that the letter is changing from adaptation to the station. the waiters have done us the favor of surprise the birthday boy with a candle and the food to say, the amazing croquettes is little. They'd get rid of her in the mouth. salmon salusage is a struggle of flavors, the fig tree rolled in boar ham was delicious. everything has a particular texture and without falling heavy as I have said, check the essence of what is a basin. I'd recommend it to a friend. Thank you for the experience!"

This restaurant from the previous reviews and we were not disappointed. Excellent selection of dishes and each course was simply better and better presented all extremely well. The Venison was our favorite of the evening. Would return! Thanks for remembering one night!

Nice restaurant in the heart of the historic center of the basin with vaulted areas of stones. the very professional and friendly service. all the dishes we tasted were exquisite. I discover the garlic between the entrance and the desserts of the rich honeycomb and cheesecake.

We were in the last basin and they gave us the attention of this place. the restaurant is inside a cave, very cozy and beautiful. the service very friendly and attentive explaining each dish in detail. the food we loved, I wouldn't know which dish was richer, we were hoping to taste more things we saw served at the nearby tables, so we'll be back.

Un restaurante en Cuenca que no tiene nada que envidiar a restaurantes en ciudades como Madrid o Barcelona. Atencion del personal inmejorable desde que llegas hasta que te vas.
