"lovers of Indian food in Germany will probably find that such restaurants in the country are a little underwhelming and in which it is not possible to meet in Britain. After I tried all Indian restaurants in hamburg, one of them, I can certainly say raj mahal is probably their best bet. But before I want to continue working with the review, I must stress that unfortunately from juni 2012 one of the two (the one in eimsbütteler chaussee) is no longer, which means that the leader for those in the humboldstrasse, if they are interested. back to raj mahal, service is prompt, attentive and polite. pappadoms are served generously with three fantastic dives (possibly the most generous in hamburg, as you usually get only one, or two, if it is your lucky day) for the appetizers we tried the windshield pakoras, who was beautiful, and an absolutely unforgettable garnalat that was so good that we talked about it for days, and asked us how we could find it again. both starters have been presented very well, served in a modern style, but without seeing excessively contemporary and bloomed. my main dish was bombay potatoes. served in a generous part, it tasted very genuine and was perfectly cooked. my partner ordered saag distributor and he gave it in no time and all. both dishes came with rice and we ordered also naanbrot, which seemed the closest to what they usually get in Indian restaurants in Britain. a really positive experience."

Hamburg, a port city in northern Germany, is known for its maritime heritage, vibrant culture, and local dishes like Fischbrötchen and Labskaus. It's a blend of old charm and modern vibe.
