"We had high hopes for this restaurant based on previous reviews. We were looking for a nice meal on a Friday night after sightseeing and had heard great things about their pizza. We were barely greeted, it took forever to get menus or to have someone take our order and when they did, the waitress merely made a gesture towards instead of asking us what we'd like. We noticed the staff was a bit nicer towards locals and German speaking customers, but equally rude to all foreigners. Staff looked grumpy and avoided eye contact, making ordering and for example asking for the bill quite difficult. Not only was the staff rude, the food was a huge disappointment. "Bruschetta" was a piece of cold bread with chopped up tomatoes. I could do better. Also, they pride themselves with a traditional pizza oven that makes perfect, crispy pizzas. It was a shame the pizzas were raw and mushy, as we could tell the ingredients were great and there was potential for more. If the staff had paid any attention to us or even looked our way, we could've asked for our pizzas to be cooked more, but as we were left totally to our own vices and were starving we ate our food and struggled with the consequences of eating raw dough. All in all, there is great potential and maybe if you're either a local or speak German you'll enjoy this restaurant more. Our family will definitely not be returning here."
