"Ich und meine Partnerin, haben uns vergangenes Wochende das ja Wort im wunderschönen Schloß gegeben. Wir haben im Schloß geheiratet und möchten hiermit unsere tollen Eindrücke wiedergeben. Vom ersten Treffen für die Vorbesprechung bis zum grossen Tag ließ das gesamte Team vom Schloß Filseck keine Wünsche offen. Besonderes hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Organisation und das steht's Freundliche Personal rund um die Service und Restaurantleitung mit Frau Auwärter und Herr Töre. Die beiden hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Team vom Schloss Filseck konnte uns alle individuellen Wünsche erfüllen und sogar übertreffen. Geheiratet haben wir im wundervollen Leutrum Saal. Anschließend fand das Essen und die Feier im Münchsaal statt. Dort verwöhnte uns dann Küchenchef Daniele Corona mit einem Leckeren 4 Gänge Menü nach unserer Wahl . Wir als Brautpaar sowie unsere Gäste waren begeistert von der Kulinarik und dem tollen Anbiente. Fazit! Wer keine Wünsche an seiner Hochzeit offen lassen will dem empfehlen wir diese Tolle Location mit außergewöhnlichen essen."

Waren zur Hochzeit unserer Tochter alles sehr gut nur das Essen lies leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Service sehr gut, Ambiente auch sehr schön.

A perfect restaurant for our romantic dinner. We had four courses from the cooking menu and everything was just perfect, the service was really friendly and ready to answer any question we had. We'll be back. View menu

Gutes, aber leider teilweise nach kaltem Kohlerauch schmeckendes Essen, schöne Umgebung, aber bei heißem Wetter träge Kellner, die fast eine halbe Stunde erst nach wiederholtem Erinnern das erbetene Eis servieren. Extrem arroganter Wirt, der keine konstruktive Kritik verträgt.

Im Sternerestaurant Schloss Filseck hatte ich kürzlich das Vergnügen, eines meiner besten kulinarischen Erlebnisse zu genießen. Das Essen war von einer Qualität und einem Geschmack, wie ich es noch nie zuvor erlebt habe. Dazu kam ein grandioser Service, der den Abend perfekt abgerundet hat. Ein absolutes Muss für Feinschmecker. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen.

Fine Dining and delicious dishes in a choice of different menu varieties. Meat, Fish or surprise vegeterian menu. I had the vegetarien and it was delicious, just the safran risotto with "süsshols raspe & lakritze" that was too sweet and strange taste for my part. I prefer to have the safran tasting not disturbed by any other strong taste. The other dishes were delicious great adn we had a very good and gentle service. View menu

Starting with the service, this place ranks quite high, cannot fault it in any way and the waiting staff were fantastic. As for the food, what can i say other then amazing, the flavours starting with the entree were quite a surprise how well they complemented each other, for mains the meat was perfectly cooked and the list goes on. Prices were fair in my opinion and by no means expensive. The ambiance was superb with a modern touch but quite well integrated. If you do get a chance to wine and dine here you wont be disappointed.

This lovely restaurant in a revamped castle/Manor house was a delightful and unexpected find if perhaps a little difficult to find. The food was superb (good fresh produce/ tender meat) excellent presentation and very efficiant and friendly service. There is a substantial winelist. Portions were not huge but too big to be able to fit in some of the sensational cakes for dessert definately calls for a sperate visit. The view from the tables in the tower was perfect our only complaint was that the establishment was not very well signposted so we had to ask numerous times how to ge there We suggest getting directions beforehand.
