"highly recommended! the dishes are elegant and inventive and absolutely tasty, with very fresh ingredients grown in front of the site. the desserts should die. I got the salted caramel rtiramisu that was amazing, and my daughter loved the chocolate cheesecake with Mars bars in it. what I think is the best cheesecake I've ever tasted. the 3-course dinner is worth at 23 euro for such a fine quality of great (probably it would be twice as in the usa). the restaurant is located in the middle of the salt apartments, so it has a really cool location. the building was used earlier to store salt from the apartments, so there are some interesting architectural details from this use. the owner has created a wonderful vegetable garden around the anwesen with exotic sorts of tomaten, auberginen, etc., which with compost of scraped from the restaurant, so the whole venture is very environmentally friendly. the outside terrace is very nice with some exotic plants. the owners and employees are friendly and welcoming. if we are back in the opposite, we will definitely return!"

an excellent meal to keep us warm and cozy at a very stormy evening in la baule. the interieur is quite charming as they have transformed a salt barn and have created a fine ess atmosphere. Thank you!

very good reception for this restaurant that is not on the coast but that is worth the detour. reputation is not overrated. A home kitchen with exotic touches for fine flavors. We spent a very good lunch with family at charming people.

Very pleasant lunch with friends, efficient service.Full menu (entrance, dish,dessert) from lunch to 15th with several choices in each category. Inventive kitchen. There are for all tastes of the most exotic classic. Teens have taken hamburgers with absolutely delicious menu, fried meat. All the products are fresh and the dishes are homemade.

We came following many positive reviews on this restaurant.Although a little isolated we enjoyed the dishes that are all made home and with lots of flavors. It's better to get away from the war and get some for his money. A small flat on the service time count between 1h45 2h but this is due to the quality and presentation of the dishes.This is why only 4/5 if you are not pressed 5/5
