The cuisine, of Canadian inspiration, allowed us to travel. The Salde cobb followed by La Poutine revisited with excellent local products had its effect . The gravlax was delicious. The perfectly rare sirloin accompanied by a homemade béarnaise. In the glasses, the organic Chardonnay, Bourgueil and Côte du Rhône were perfect to accompany starters and main courses. Great evening spent at this restaurant. Decoration and top atmosphere, service with a smile, pleasant, fast, perfect just like the meal!
