A fire bowl, out glowing wine and discreet Christmas music would then have justified the price of 39 euros without drinks a little more. We got on the first. Christmas holiday here at dinner and we really liked it. The service was excellent and the food was very delicious. as every year was french dinner to four hips, this time a fantastic delicious gans in the restaurant boddensee. indisputably, we like to sit here in the summer on the veranda. then the four goose bumps came. so crispy was nothing, with two cubs fell smoky skin without end immediately. completely boiled, nothing baked, by sous vide no trace. the flesh was tough, we let the greatest part go back. as we like to cook ourselves, fry, bake, we know how it goes right this was 2 cheaper gans cooked. we will limit our visit here to the summer.
