"passing through the region for the weekend we booked in this hotel. When we arrived, we had to report once the cleaning in the reception toilet was not done, and a second time in our room in the toilets as well. the rooms are very poorly isolated, forced to take doors to lock them properly. very little storage in the bedrooms and in the bathrooms. parking on site but pay, astonishing for a 4-star that it is not included in the room price. However friendly and warm staff. stunning views of the city, and breakfast is more than pleasant."

we loved it so close to the old town. our room was very comfortable and clean. the dining room serves good meals and the view of the old town of carcassone was fantastic. beautiful place to stay.
