"We visited the restaurant while visiting Berlin with the family. After reading several reviews we decided to go to Glass. Passionate people are running their restaurant, the couple (The Chef and his wife) are running it with a passionate team. The food is up to Michelin star level, delicious and delicate. Nice portions and well balanced flavors. The wife is making sure all guests are taken care of. She doing this full of passion and luckily leaving enough personal space for her guests to continue their conversations. Not following all of the etiquette of dining but full of passion and joy. To become Michelin star level they probably need to follow the rules more, but their energy and genuine interest in their guests makes up for this. The charm of the place is the informality of it, which is precisely why it isn't a Michelin star. But food wise it belongs between the Michelin star restaurants. great wines and delicious evening complete a wonderful trip to Berlin."

Super service, presentation of dishes explained with great attention to detail, ingenious combination of wine and food, top recommendation! Time again

Had a businuss dinner last week. Setting is not nice, looks like a pop up restaurant. You have to choose a 4 or 5 course menue. Food was mediocre. Service not good at all just chaotic.

You can choose between five, seven or nice course dinner and you get to choose yourself what you like. Quiet romantic atmosphere with great service. I recommend the wine pack which matches the food brilliantly.

Brilliant! Glass is unique not only in its setting but its food as well.As a vegetarian, I find it hard to find a place where every dish in a set menu is held to an incredibly high standard, and Glass manages to provide just this. From the starter to the dessert, the wine paring was interesting and dynamic. Dining at Glass is a true sensation.

Not sure why this restaurant gets good reviews. Our dinner was underwhelming, seemed like more attention paid to pretty presentation than taste. On the service side, our waitress didn't explain the menu, was hard to get a hold of, our pre-dinner drinks took 20 minutes, we had the wine list but we were never asked if we would like to order. Our table was nice and spacious, but the view of two dogs in the washing up area for the entire night killed any vibe. Not what we were expecting for fine dining in this up market price range. Disappointing.

The restaurant is highly recommended and for sure it merits. The cuisine is surprising, creative. The wine pairing comes along with know how and little stories. You can opt for 5-7-9 course menu, and can actually pick any items from the list, which I find great. The carrot soup/baklava/oats/dates creation is something that I will remember for long, just pure perfection. Now the downside is the restaurant itself. The chef had no money when he opened the restaurant- and does not seem to care about improving it. Some may say it's kinky or artsy, but the old linoleum floor and dark greyish windows with terrible lighting are not helping to complete experience. I would still recommend to go and tr...

Very fancy restaurant in Berlin which I would highly recommend. Pros: food is delicious. Delicate little morsels which leave you wanting more. Highlight for me were a carrot soup with hidden treats like dates and what I think may have been honey granola in the bottom of the cup, basil sorbet and melt in the mouth chicken. You feel like every dish is something very special. Cons: the alcohol and soft drinks are hideously expensive. Maybe Im just not used to being served 100ml measures...wow. The atmosphere of the restaurant seems to be almost right. Im not convinced the styles mixed together well...and for such a modern place to be playing old jazz standards...it just felt odd!! Of course my...
