Restaurant Le Maquis

Nous somme aller manger au restaurant le maquis nous avons été super bien accueilli et nous avons super bien mangé s'était juste excellent et les assiettes sont juste magnifique je recommande fortement. Merci le maquis

we came by chance through this restaurant wow, what a sound. eating is excellent with a nice friendly service. we visited from the season, at the beginning march, so not many places open, but this place looked so inviting and safe a...visit!

Nous avions passé un moment très agréable avec une musique d'ambiance Corse très douce. Nous recommandons à 200% ce restaurant, le service est irréprochable et ce fut une explosion de saveurs en bouches! On reviendra avec plaisir. Merci!!!!!!!!

Atmosphère très agréable, chansons corses au volume sonore bas, parfait pour profiter du cadre et pour discuter lors du repas. Les prix sont légèrement plus élevés mais vous pouvez vous en sortir correctement selon le plat. Je recommande vivement les moules marinières, parfaitement préparées et le menu à 27€, un vrai régale.

My husband and I stopped for lunch at Le Maquis purely by chance during our motorcycle tour of Corsica and it was our best (of many excellent) meals on Corsica. We had fantastic fish dishes followed by a strawberry desert which came in 3 of...these dishes sadly we ate two before I realized I needed a photo. Wonderful food fantastic chef!!!

C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous avons dîné 2 fois au Maquis lors de notre séjour. Qu'elle soit à base de viande ou de poisson la cuisine est inventive. L'équilibre des saveurs entre met, les herbes et épices est parfait. Quand aux desserts ce sont de véritables œuvres d'art aussi agréables à la vue qu'au goût. Très bon choix de vin.

What a nice restaurant. The food was amazing. We had the tuna tartare and cheese croquettes as a starter. Both were lovely! As a main corse we had the risotto and pork. We loved it. The restaurant is a little more expensive than most restaurants...in Porto, so it's especially recommended for people who appreciate fine dining. So if you are looking for special food and a romantic night out, this is the place.

Le cadre est magnifique face à la montagne, à la mer et la tour génoise.Nous avons diné à la carte. Les plats sont élaborés et très recherchés pour plaire à la vue, et de plus généreux avec une explosion de saveurs en bouche.De plus, le service est aux petits soins de ces clients. Moment inoubliable autour d'un excellent repas. On recommande.Un petit point complémentaire, un menu moins élaboré pour les enfants serait un plus.

We have eaten in a good few restaurants and generally the standard has been very good with food being honest, well prepared and made from locally sourced ingredients as well as local cheeses, meats etc. But Le Maquis is another level, really well prepared, sophisticated...all the while taken on a beautiful terrace with views down the valley to the sea. One word of warning, it is on a long hilly road and Porto does not have any taxi service!
