"Having eaten a lot of homemade, authentic Chinese food from my Chinese friends, I have high standards so, to say I wasn't disappointed at this restaurant would be an understatement. We bought menu vouchers. Began with a salad and springrolls pretty usual. But the...main dish had us raving. We had a duck dish, prawns, sichuan squid, and spicy kingprawns with paprika from the hotcook option. The duck was really crispy and nice, the prawns Forgot the name, on the menu were really really delicious, but the squids were by far the best. They tasted really 'sichuan'. The spicy king prawns was oddly the least spicy dish on the table but rest of the food was quite spicy, just the way we like it. Overall, food tasted great. Perhaps the best chinese 'restaurant' food we had in Europe. The only disappointing part of the meal was dessert fried banana and pineapple. The menu was also very cheap actually. I would most definitely go there again and try the hotpot next time"

rude is the only word I can use. greeted at the door and said by the person there in bad English that no one spoke English! that was in the round to go our invitation. they had no interest in eating us. we were pretty. very good, as there is a Thai restaurant on the next street, where we felt welcome and eating was amazing. cannot comment on eating, because we were not even given the opportunity to try!

Rude is the only word I can use. Greeted at the door and told by the person there in bad English that nobody spoke English ! This was basically our invitation to leave. They had no interest in serving us dinner. We were actually quite...glad as there is a Thai restaurant on the next street in which we felt welcomed and the food was amazing. Can’t comment on the food as we were not even given the opportunity to try

Restaurant Sichuan really offers tasty Sichuan hotpot in Düsseldorf it is not expensive and of decent quality. I have been living in China for years and travel to Sichuan on a regular base at least once a year and I have had hotpot not...only in Chengdu, Chongqing and Dujiangyan but in other parts all over China too at least once a month therefore, I believe that I can judge ok on the taste and quality of Sichuan hotpot. Service was ok while the restrooms may need an urgent facelift .

restaurant sichuan offers really delicious sichuan hotpot in düsseldorf- it is not expensive and of decent quality. I have been living in China for 15 years and traveled on a regular basis (at least once a year) to Peru, and I had hotpot not only in chengdu, chongqing and dujiangyan, but also in others sharing throughout China (at least once a month) so I think I can judge well on the taste and quality of the sichuan hotpot. the service was ok while the toilets need an urgent facelift ..

We came to this place by chance, as everything German was closed due to Rosenmontag. First sign of a good restaurant was that this place was almost entirely occupied by local Chinese who were eating tons and having a good time. We dug in as...the others and found that 1) this place is incredible value (10 Euros will serve two for dinner) and 2) the hot pot is original, tasty, and fresh. Well worth a visit. By the way, this place seemed to be the most crowded of the various places in the local Chinatown.

Got to know about this restaurant from our hotel receptionist, as we wanted to try out some hotpot in Dusseldorf. It was a good call. The decor inside the restaurant is very much like a family hall in a Chinese house, very down to earth....Similarly, the service was also very homely and the food was great. Had the spice hotpot for two. Mind you, this is extremely spicy – Sichuan spice. Fantastic to have really spicy hot pot in the winter in Dusseldorf. Highly recommend it. And price wise, very nominal. Around Eur 40 for two including drinks and service charges.!

I went to eat there after work. safe, this is not the most precious restaurant with a mile wide. wooden chairs, tired looking deco and a huge projected screen on the wall with Chinese programs. the menu is, at first sight, not very attraktiw .old, folded edges. there were many Chinese patrons there when I visited, and eating is definitiw authentic and very sharp. be warned. I ordered two appetisers and one veg and had to speak half of them home. recommended for good old authentic Chinese cuisine, but if they are dinner after a romantic candlelight, they go somewhere else.

I went there for dinner after work. Sure, this is not the cosiest restaurant by a mile wide. Wooden chairs, tired looking deco and a huge projected screen on the wall with Chinese programs. The menu is, at first glance, not very attractive ...old, crinkled edges. There were many chinese patrons there when I visited, and the food is definitely authentic and very spicy. Be warned. Portions were huge, I ordered two appetisers and a veg and had to talk half of them home. Recommended for good old authentic Chinese food but if you are after a romantic candlelight dinner, go somewhere else

After I have eaten many homemade, authentic Chinese foods from my Chinese friends, I have high standards to say that I would not be disappointed about this restaurant would be an understatement. we bought menu vouchers. with an salate and spring rolls quite usual. but the main court has ridden us. we had a dish, garnel, seuantenfisch and spicy kingprawns with paprika (from the hotco option.) the duck was really crispy and beautiful, the garnels (forget the name, no.93 on the menu) were really delicious, but the tinted fish were by far the best. they really tasted themselves." the spicy king's sayings were strangely the least spicy dish on the table, but the rest of the food was quite spicy a...
