"We stayed at Hotel Montana just down the street so this restaurant was perfect for our dinner every night in Zürich after a whole day of sight-seeing in the city.This restaurant offers 3 daily specials each day, two with meat and one vegetarian. Potion sizes at Subito is not too big and not too small. Just the right amount for us. Salad was served in a big bowl and can easily pass as a full meal. I had the "Haussalat" with grilled chicken breast, mixed vegetables and some salted nuts that added a good kick to the salad. The Swiss cheese fondue was good as well as the daily menus (1st day, Pork loin with mixed salad and 2nd day, chicken breast with green peas and Safran rice). My dad loved the hamburger so much, he had it two out of three times we went there! The beef was cooked medium, to perfection. The restaurant offers free basket of bread and butter as well. I would recommend "Subito" to anyone who is planning on visiting Zürich, as the price here is very affordable. The variety of the menu gives you the choice for a healthy salad meal or a hearty meat or pasta meal."

This restaurant was right around the corner from out hotel near the train station - so was easy to get to. Our service was excellent! We both had chicken, pasta, and vegetable au gratin - very good.

Need a good break and a have only short time... get your lunch @Subito! Always a nice place to stay and get some good Swiss food. Also always something vegetarian on the menu! see you next time in Zürich

As it's near the main station, I decided to have a seat outside for the view, watching people passing by while enjoying the Swiss cheese fondue and a cuppa. If you are nearby for tours, this is along the way and it is very near the excursion bus terminal. View menu

My wife was wanting fondue and I had seen the reviews about Subito and gave it a try. It was just ok. Our waitress was very nice and the place was modern and clean but the food was not special. More reasonable than much of the city but a $22 hamburger on the menu made me laugh.

Walhalla Hotel offeres a discount voucher at Subito, but it wasn't open on the Saturday night we were there. However the discount is also valid at the pub right next door, which apparently has the same menu and possibly the same kitchen. Good food and not expensive by Swiss standards.

Chose this restaurant because of the great reviews, and got really disapointed. Service was poorly, for instance main was served while we were still eating soup. The appelsauce with the maccaroni was served 10 min later. My main diner came on three plates etc etc. The food was well prepared, but this restaurant doens't deserve the 4+ rating. For the simple food that was served, the price was also a bit on the steap side View menu

The moment we walked in through the door we could see it was frequented by locals and it was a popular meeting place. We were immediately seated and given a menu but ordered a cheese fondue for two, along with bread came dill pickles and sun dried tomatoes for dipping. It was delicious but very expensive, as eating out is in Zurich. We enjoyed the meal very much and were thrilled we finally had a fondue, the service was excellent. It's located close to trains and buses.

went there for lunch with a friend. service was very nice and observant.I ate the special for the day which was surprisingly good. the place itself is modestly furnished and does give you the impression of a quick eatery. But, the meals I have seen and my meal itself looked all great and seemed to be to the linking of the people. do not expect a chique or trendy hangout but the location right next to the main train station, the food and the service are simply great for a quick bite.i definitely would come back.
