"We took the long, windswept walk up through the rolling dunes to the Seekrug to see what all the rave reviews were about, and we weren't disappointed. Up a flight of stairs (bit of an accessibility issue but we along with several others left our stroller downstairs, confident that it would still be there upon our return...) is an expansive, tastefully decorated dining room with an absolutely glorious view of the beach far below. Anticipating this, we had called ahead and secured a table at the window. Service was attentive and professional and at least one server broke out his English for me which was very kind. All the food here seamed to be locally sourced right down to the Tide beer (which was delicious). The meal was attractively presented and very satisfying. I would describe the food offerings as upscale, country fare. We would have stayed for what looked like some very tempting desserts, but the place was filling up fast and our child was done with sitting silently. Maybe next time! Once again, I cannot over emphasize the beauty of this view. Definitely reserve WAY ahead and ask for a window seat and enjoy the sunset with a glass off the expertly chosen wine-list. Cheers!"

"Everything went a bit fast, but we were completely satisfied at the end. You order in the vault, get a pager and his beer to see a bit on Barkhausenstraße. Until the food is ready, you will find a place inside. "the caffe is further on the descending ast, whether it has already reached the low point, remains to wait. I have already had to meet this in 2012. but it has not become better in the meantime, but worse. I ordered the so-called island breakfast for 10.40 €. came a baked bun, a disc black bread from the day before, the cheap disc salami and gouda from a cheap discounter, a little jam from the glass and a little fresh cheese, there was a glass orange nectar that was declared as orange juice on the card (a freshly pressed one gets only when ordered separately. the only thing that was quite normal quality requirements was the cappuccino. was a very unbeautiful experience."

"we were there with 6 people. the waiter was overwhelmed by the order. there was one of us who does not wear lactose. after expressing the waiter, all dips contain lactose. also a change of salat against vegetables was not possible. "It costs more."First than we wanted to get up to change the restaurant, the waiter called a colleague who knew the foods much better. but flexibility had not. the food was good, but due to the service we would no longer go. also very expensive."

"Only a short or a recommendation report, since for a long time it has often been tried and confirmed. Every year vacation or a few short days on Langeoog using an apartment. The first start-up address for dinner is the In`t Dörp. A mix of restaurant and pub. Here you meet insulans like guests, northern lights like land rats. You can't usually serve, you have to wait for a table to get free and take a hop actor at the counter. There are some places outside in front of the door when warm and rain does not come horizontally, which can be more common. Inside there is an ambience, rustic but also somewhat charming. The service friendly sometimes a little bit coddery but that is nice meant. The map offers a cross-section through land and sea kitchen.
