My wife and me had a good lunch at the terrace of Rheinischer Hof. The food quality is good, the prices fair and the service very friendly. Thank you

Went there again and found no changes, perfect meal, beer and wine great. Lovely hardworking waitress always with a big smile ! We had steak and salad as usual, will certainly return. Thank you!

I had expected this place to have more possibilities. the menu was very limited and eating something too oily, although the prices were average. we had the rösti because of the lack of choice, but it was pretty good.

Very attentive service and excellent food from an extensive menu. Comfortable setting, with seating both inside and outside. Located at the historic westerly city gate. Nice touch that the owner makes the rounds to speak with guests. Highly recommended.

the location is beautiful, the ambiente is beautiful and the staff is friendly. eating was less than par. the salat was good, but I had the carved ass and I thought the fries were boiled in old oil and a funny taste. the cheese...Spetle was also sub par.

I had dinner with my wife and my two daughters at this restaurant. We did not book but we could still find a table, in one of the nice rooms upstairs. Quiet and next to the window. We took two childrens' menu (Wienerschnitzel), one Wienerschnitzel...with French fries, one turkey schnitzel with salad, four bottles of water, two beers, 3 ice creams, one cake and twp espressi. We paid 81 EUR. Good price for a quality restaurant.

we come at least once a year for a very tasty German kitchen, including seasonal items such as economical in the early year and pfifferlingen. today we received our dishes in half an hour, suppen came a 15 minutes after another....40 minutes wait for the main course. the quality was good as always above all apfelknoedel with berries and stone mushroom suppe. we hope that they will fix this timing problem to get better results.

Das Essen an sich war naja. Für Schweizer wahrscheinlich toll, aber wohl auch nur weil es günstiger ist als in der Schweiz. Das Schnitzel dort ist nur eine sehr teure Vorspeise, mehr nicht. Einfach unschlagbar ist der Service!!!Man wartet ewig bis etwas passiert. Das Essen kommt im 10 Minuten Takt und bis der letzte am Tisch etwas hat, ist der Rest schon kalt. Alleine essen gehen sicher gut, aber als Familie nicht zu empfehlen oder sich als Gruppe von 2 oder mehr Personen nicht gut. Auch sehr bemerkenswert ist, dass bei manchen Desserts nicht dabei steht, dass Alkohol enthalten ist. Naja jeder Fahranfänger darf nun nicht mehr Auto fahren und in der Schweiz auch nicht.
