"My wife and I came with our four year old daughter, we relaxed, enjoyed an excellent dinner and had a lovely evening. The hospitality and spontaneity of the owners, Danilo and Daniela, is certainly the strong point of this tavern where you immediately feel at ease. Just like at home, the cuisine here is simple, tasty and made with the heart. The choice of dishes is deliberately limited, and does not disappoint. Few but good! For example, as first courses we shared fettuccine cut with a knife, a portion with red Chianina ragù and one with wild herb pesto and gorgonzola. The little place is nestled among the ancient buildings of a small alley away from the chaos of the city center, a few steps from a viewpoint from which to admire Lake Nemi before and after the meal. If you go to Genzano, stop by here."

It's the third time we've been back in the space of a few years... and I must say that we've always had a great time. Genuine and good food, characteristic place and friendly owners. Compliments. Nowadays it is not easy to find a place to eat well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is no menu, high prices compared to the quality, there is no choice of starters, only one can be ordered for at least 2 people, low quality starter with mortadella, salami cup at 20 euros for two, abundant first courses but of poor quality, not recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Beautiful place to eat in Genzano. Located among alleys where there are fantastic views overlooking the lake. Super starter, good and very abundant first and second courses, dessert needs to be reviewed a bit. Very friendly and helpful owners. All in all a super recommended place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

My partner and I went for lunch today and we had a wonderful time. Place with very few tables furnished in vintage style with a beautiful fireplace and background music. You eat homemade food cooked by the talented Daniela and are served by the very nice Danilo, two exceptional people who can be seen doing this job with love and passion and making you feel truly at home. A beautiful discovery. Prices normal. Advised. Service: Dine in

We had lunch in this small tavern in the ancient and characteristic village of Genzano, from the food to the wine all really good and genuine prepared with attention and a lot of care. In the restaurant as you enter there is this writing you enter as customers and leave as friends and we are very happy to be so. The cave, the fireplace and the furnishings are a real gem and all this thanks to Daniela and Danilo, we will come back to visit you thanks everything

Fascinating location, a dive into history. The menu doesn't exist, the restaurateur takes the order in the notebook, so the cost of the dish is an unknown. The choice of dishes is very minimal. Too many fatty foods. The portions of pasta are too generous, similar to those served in the 1950s. The visual impact of the large portion demotivated me to proceed. The handmade fettuccine, excellent, did not bind, however, with the rest of the ingredients. I didn't take the homemade desserts, those would surely have been delicious. I didn't even consider the latter due to the banality of cooking. I'm sure I'm not coming back. I recommend it to those who love to eat to binge.

I contorni, normalmente ripassati, erano veramente improponibili.
