was with colleagues there, all very fine. is something hidden, but the look over the whole bamberg is unpaid. who wants to go out very fine is well removed there.

great pasta dishes...self-made .usually very pleasant service. sometimes one dances from the series because often a lot is going on. Sitting outside is really fantastic, awkward view...but I'm almost liked...because it's just beautiful for an italian.. you can really recommend... also extra desires are lovingly taken into account.

I have become aware of this pettyod by friends. we were welcomed and we immediately felt comfortable. after an aperitif at the bar we could take our reserved table on the terrace. at magnificent views over bamberg, a very honest friendly staff served us excellent. in pizza, pasta and very tasty salad with a wonderful wine we experienced a wonderful evening.

because of a business dinner I came to this Italian restaurant. super tasty house wine (red) was recommended to me. for the little starving there were fresh roasted beef carpaccio with mushrooms. wonderfully delicious and the oysters in super quality. perfectly served. in beautiful weather there is a great view of the city of Bamberg. price for quality and taste top.Make more so.

Francesco is the place you don't want to miss when in Bamberg. Personally when abroad I am so keen on Italian restaurants, but a friend strongly suggested Francesco and I am glad I followed his advice. It is located in the old Castle overlooking the city - you can park in the castle -; the atmosphere is elegant and cozy; the food is excellent the choice varies from seafood to meat. Good selection of wine and both the owner and the waiters take great care of guests. We were in the "beer garden" which was a unique experience in itself. You must try it!

we were recommended to eat the first time there in the evening.The weather meant it well with us so that we could sit in the free under the beautiful trees with view on bamberg! the staff was very courteous, friendly and attentive!the price - performance ratio is absolutely in order!im frankfurter room where we live we have visited many good and less good Italian restaurants! we must say that we have never eaten as excellent and good scampi as here in francesco! we are looking forward to our next visit in bamberg with definitely a good food in francesco!

we had recommended the “Ristorante Francesco” by frau ahrend (owner of the schuster’s tee and coffee) and were very satisfied. Unfortunately we had only reserved the same evening and got no more space in the beautiful winter garden (view of all bamberg), but nevertheless we had a beautiful ambiente with white tablecloths, candles and fabric napkins. we ate branzino and bark ends and both dishes have excellently mouthed. we were served friendly and courteous and the price-performance ratio is convincing. we had a great evening, we would like to come back to francesco during our next stay.
