"We were in italia for the second time and we found it rather bad than right. Before the first time we were not enthusiastic, but since friends of us are regular guests and are swarming from eating, we wanted to give the restaurant another chance. The facility is ok, nothing special. the terrace doesn't really seem inviting. The eating was quite ok, but also nothing special. The service was nice and also quite attentive. it seemed to me, however, that five different waiters served us in the course of the evening, one constantly saw a new face. The prices are quite high for a "standard Italian" on the corner. with three man and one in each case, one in between, one in between and one in the main, including two bottles of wine, we paid a little over 200€. Conclusion: there is an Italian restaurant in as good as any part of the city by getting better food to cheaper trips with a nicer atmosphere.I will not visit italia again."

I was here few times already. I can say It's the best Italian restaurant in this district. They have a lot of choices. They keep their cooking standard...

Very good address for Italian food. Nice operation, good seating and a beautiful outdoor area. PARKING PLACES limited in front of the door. At any time, I'd like to see you again.

It was back after a very long time with an invitation... it was really a great evening. The staff so attentive and accommodating! And the food (both, beef fillet and dessert) very good!! Merci! View menu

Even in times of Corona absolutely recommended. The distance and protection (with the aid of plexiglas walls) is guaranteed, the staff is very careful (money nut protection) and it is sufficient to disinfect. Most important, however, is: THAT IS SPITZE

we were very fast and well served despite large rounds, the waiters were friendly and careful. eating (very tasty, but slightly overgrown fish soup), calf liver, bark carpaccio (may be cut a little thicker, tastefully but good)was delicious and inexpensive ok! the wee tasted. we'll be happy to go to dinner here.

for an appetizer scampi aglio e olio - with only three scampi - € 12,50 to demand is simply not okay. the fried fish plate after that was priced to some extent in order and also the appetizer very delicious. in principle, everything in the direction pizza and pasta is very neatly priced, but other is too expensive for the "Italian around the corner". the staff is very nice and very friendly. pizza and pasta were tasty and fresh, but without sustainable remembrance. pizza a little too salty and the truffle penne too sweet and with too little truffle content. I had for it as an appetizer scampi with mountain lenses that were surprisingly tasty and very tasty! as main dish an salat italia with thunfish, egg and goat cheese with vinaigrette dressing. in large and whole satisfying eating and good service! the next visit, however, can be waited.

Very good Italian restaurant. The complex is very nice, offers plenty of space inside and outside and is very cozy. The service is very friendly and attentive. The selection is pretty good. Especially the special courts offer. We had a season ticket for lunch and a truffle card. The general dishes are also very good. The tomato cream soup was very good. The bread was good. The band noodles with truffles and the penne with spinach in garlic sauce were each a dream, excellent! Top quality and good price. The espresso tastes, of course. Absolutely recommended

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
