"General The Olympia is a typical district of Würzburg Grieche; many of the guests are regular customers from the immediate vicinity. We were there on Saturday night, because we wanted to have grilled meat and at the same time wanted to watch a part of the World Cup game (Brazilen Chile; we knew there were always football transfers in the conservatory on such occasions. This time there were even two video screens, on two opposite sides of the conservatory. This was just six when we arrived, partly filled, but there were several free tables. Operation The operation was very attentive; we got the menus right after the arrival. Even before the appetizer came the Ouzo, and we were asked several times by the waiter whether everything was fine and tasted, which we also affirmed. The ordered dishes were also quite flotted. The food We had grilled octopus (8, and Meefischli as an appetizer. The octopus, a stretchy portion, came with a salad set and with a fish eggs cream and was very juicy and tasted super. The Meefischli (4, according to my wife's information, were the best they've ever eaten (in person they were a bit too little seasoned, I would have wished for more salt, but not the classic (with head, but without and completely excluded). As a main dish we had two mixed plates (11 and 12 euros, respectively. That was the typical thing that was usually expected and received in Greeks. The Gyros were okay, the Souflaki could have been a bit more juicy, and the Kalamari, the usual panned and frit tubes, were okay, with not too much panade and by no means tough, but naturally falling off from the appetizer. The garlic potatoes that there was as a supplement were a bit too browned for my taste and had too little garlic on it, but were also okay. It is positive to note that for each dish there is still a small salad plate, with white and red, onions and peperoni. The Zaziki was good, you also tasted a little mint out. The portion size was still ok; without appetizer and with great hunger I would have been a bit disappointed by the one plate. The drinks were good; the open wine (red Naoussa and a dry rosé were well drinkable. The ambience of the early Olympics had only the large garden outside. For some time there has been a kind of tent, which can also be called a conservatory euphemistically, with a fixed roof and transparent film on the sides, depending on the weather also open at the front. This was quite pleasant during our visit, because the weather was somewhat unstable and you didn't want to sit under the open air. (There are also some tables outside the covered area, but nobody sat there. In winter, I would rather sit there, because much is smoked and because the plastic film does not seem comfortable. Inside we were not, even in previous visits; the impression it's okay there, but not especially atmospheric. The external installations are being redesigned; we have seen that the border is rebuilt with natural stones and many plants are being used there. Overall, a somewhat mixed, different impression, but this may be due to the fact that the reconstruction is still underway and that, of course, the football transmission gives a different impression than the normal mood there. We didn't notice anything. The tables were wiped, there were seat cushions. We haven't visited the toilets."

Friendly and attentive service. Great selection of dishes! Everyone finds something here. The portions are large and also very tasty. You feel welcome and well. We have reserved places and ordered in advance food, which we received immediately after our arrival and the served drinks: Very reliable! Good value for money. View menu

I was at the Olympics with my girlfriend a few days ago. The beer garden was very cozy and has radiated a pleasant atmosphere. However, as prices were above the normal student budget, we decided on the day ticket. The portions are quite small and although my friend did not want to have onions in her plate, the potatoes were full of them. Besides, I had ordered a cola wheat to drink and get a cola. Overall, the price-performance ratio for food is lower than the average. However, the Olympia as a beer garden (in summer) is highly recommended.

So far, the Olympics have visited 4 times and cannot confirm my previous speaker. The portions are often Greek large (about 1 1 2 times as much as you should eat). On the 5 euro card, which is probably specially designed for students, the dishes can be smaller. You should mention that. The drinks are very favorable for Würzburger conditions. The quality of the kitchen is enormous. Meat (skewers, Gyros, Bifteki), shrimps, squids, Kritharaki and various desserts (Kadayif, Baklava) are definitely recommended. On the potatoes are usually not onions, but garlic. What is quite true is that in the main meal (in the evening) all hands must be done. In my visits, however, everything was strictly orga...

Was the days with my girlfriends eating there. The reception was i O. The map was clear and quite understandable. Prices Standard fuer wuerzburger griechen. 1 min after the order came the supplemental salad. Apparently, they've been in the kitchen for a long time. With my friend her, there were some sand-coarse where she bit it out. Very unpleasant, but can happen... The main food came during the salad. I'm aware that you get fresh goods in just a few restaurants, but we just finished this with MC and Co. Meat tasted completely the same. No matter whether bifteki or Gyros, with connected eyes one does not taste a difference. The Kalamaris were also very flavor-neutral too soft and very fatty... View menu

We were at the Olympics in September. The ordered dishes were all done quite quickly. That was positive. However, I had ordered thick beans in tomato sauce. They came in a low run-up form and were brittle on the outside (on the edge of the plate) inside but only lukewarm. I told my husband that this was a typical microwave. They were good.As the main course, I had ordered Gyros in Metaxasauce. This gang also came quite timely. I started to eat and the same again: outside hot, inside only lukewarm. Wouldn't have noticed that if that hadn't been the case with the beans. The temperature difference wasn't that big either. But when I was eating, I noticed that I had no gyros in Metaxasauce, but m...

Meh, solala. This summarizes the experience of yesterday in this restaurant. We've been eating there many years ago and didn't remind us too badly. Basically, the location is very appealing, there is a large conservatory and the interior is also beautifully decorated. However, the access door is a bit difficult to find because it does not look like a typical entrance door. The reception is not unfriendly, but somewhat short bound and reduced to the essential. We were more friendly. The card is only an A3 expression and works very unloved; here you are also limited to the necessary information. Unfortunately, the operation is somewhat staggered, an apple choir took me instead of a currant cho...
