Poor service ordered food for 2pm via just eat order got confirmed showed driver at restraunt then they cancelled my order at 2pm. Poor service never again invest my money in them second time they have done this.

Avoid this rooster branch, just go to another one, I ordered a double prime beef cut, when the order came the lady called out a single prime beef cut, the wrap was 100% a single and the manager would refuse to acknowledge it, I always...eat at rooster at other places, there’s no way I’m coming back, literally feel robbed

Counter customer service was very poor. I'm not a regular to this place so I wasn't familiar with the menu. Instead of assisting me with the various options they decided to take the mick out of all my questions...very unprofessional. I'm a local so I...won't be rushing back in a hurry. Three members of staff, no one eating in the restaurant and still no time for proper customer service!

this restaurant has no idea what allergies are, I wanted to make an order of just eating there is a number to call when they allergies I called the restaurant and spoke with two different who could not understand a word I said! They always asked me how they could help me after I repeated the same and then they would ask only for my order number! how can a restaurant be open and lead yourself if not a coworker understands what allergies are? shambien if they have any allergies, I would not order from here View menu
