The order was incorrect and there was hair in the food. I highly recommend not ordering from this restaurant again. Do not buy from them.

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and helpful, providing good service with prompt delivery. The food is very good and was delivered hot.

I am very very disappointed with Pepe's because I made a simple order and I still didn't receive the food after an hour? And they were so clueless about the status of my order. Couldn't even CANCEL the order???!!!

The food is not on par with Pepes usual standards. Rent must be high as they have started to water down the sauces so much I could use the mayonnaise as a pallet cleanser. THe BBQ sizzler has 1 jalapeño in it, and hardly any chicken! please fix up!

The grilled chicken dishes here, whether pieces or burgers are very tasty and impressive for a fast food joint. The burger buns are fresh and soft...make all the difference as do the sauces provided especially the garlic sauce...love it! The chips or french fries are very nicely done here too.

The quality of the chicken and chips at Harrow Pepe's is consistently poor, with the food often being soggy, undercooked, or stale. No matter how many times I order from here, I consistently receive low quality food. I have had stomach issues after eating their food multiple times, leading me to believe there may be hygiene issues in the kitchen. After today, I will never order from this restaurant again.

The staff behind the desks don't have customer service manners and have no skills of any kind at all. I ordered 4 x Chicken burgers Giant ones and specifically told staff that all burgers should be extremely hot but they were totally flat (Without any spice) and the chicken breasts were completely dry and cold. I will not recommend this place as an eat out and therefore requests everyone to not to go in their shop.

Went in to Pepe’s with my family, ordered BBQ sizzler, chicken casca, chicken burrito and the gourmet single burger meals, chicken in all the burgers was over cooked, My daughter complained about the gourmet burger being rubbery, not only the burger was rubbery but the side of the bun was rock hard, complained and their reply was the burger bun had been toasted (more like a stale bun) Heard the name but never again, shall l visit Pepe’s again.
