"The napkin on which the cola glass was placed had red wine stains, making it look like a cleaning cloth. The Altbier was clearly over 10°C. Since it should come from the cooler, I hope there is a separate cooler for food. Even when asked, there was no cold Altbier available. Before pouring myself an Altbier, I also poured the water from rinsing the beer glass into the water glass. The draft beer was then cold and tasty as it should be. Whether waiting 30 minutes for the appetizer is too much is debatable. There were also a few minor issues that would not have been noticed without affecting the overall impression. The food was very good. The espresso was also excellent, as it came to the table hot due to the well-heated cup, which is unfortunately rare."

Nice menu. The only improvement would be to add a few "vegetarian" starters. We ordered the mahi and it was excellent.

Always delicious, the Chateau Birand is always on point. The schnitzel is also nowhere tastier. Our favorite restaurant, with great service and a very cozy inviting atmosphere.

Wow! The new “Rosenmeer” is dreamy from the duck to the toilets. In the hip bistro there are delicious dishes on artistically decorated plates. Only the tuna in the Nori-Tempurateig with sweet-saur sauce and wild herbs salad or Simmental beef fillet on pastinakenpüree and onion jam are worth the trip to Mönchengladbach.

The Hotel Rosenmeer is worth a culinary delight and every trip because of the gigantic cuisine. The rooms are stylishly elegant, in the beds you sleep like in the seventh sky, an absolutely hot tip for high quality pleasure. We were there for business (musical performance for birthday party Grünewald) and will definitely repeat it privately this year.

The menu was stained, the salt and pepper shakers on the table were stained, and the chairs were spotted. Not what one would expect from a restaurant like this. The empty water bottle was cleared away, but we weren't asked if we needed a new one. However, the food was good. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel restaurant.

I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it.
