The pork was perfectly succulent, the beef melted in the mouth, and every element from the rich, sweet gravy to the expertly prepared veggies was sheer perfection. And dessert? A rich Apple and Cinnamon Tarte Tatin paired with creamy Roskillys vanilla ice cream and a crunchy, nutty hazelnut biscuit brittle. The perfect finale to an unforgettable lunch.
