Sunday lunch at the Rowans Restuarant was fantastic as it was a 3 course meal and the food is plentiful with plenty of meat and excellent restuarant area would highly recommend shame we dont live nearer Frank Tonn

Been here a few times now. Really like the high class food and service that I'd have to be at least double for else where. They've really got the formula right. Plus tons of free dedicated parking, so super convenient.

Title says it all I guess. Slow service, expensive, but food ok. If you're staying at the hotel I'd get room service instead. If you're not staying at the hotel, why would you go out of your way to come to an average restaurant? View menu

The food at this restaurant is stunningly delicious and surprisingly affordable. Both the sea bass and chicken dishes were cooked perfectly. Our server, Jan, was charming and made our dining experience even more enjoyable with her excellent customer service. Thank you for brightening our night with your fabulous service!

Stayed at the hotel and dined here for dinner. Covid safe procedures are followed with distance between the tables and staff wear masks when serving. Food was nice and filling. Jan, who served us, looked after us really well, and was happy to check ingredients and accommodate our requests. Thank you Jan and also to Jane with the booking.

Yep: Top Class. The waiter new all the dietary details of the menu so accommodated our free from needs, for which there was still lots of choice. The service was really classy, our guests were delighted, the lamb dish was the best I 've ever had totally tender, 100 lean, and full of flavor. A top class restaurant at a medium/low price. We were a party of 12 celebrating a family event during Sunday lunch at this restaurant. They accommodated our group effortlessly, serving plated roast dishes instead of the usual buffet due to the pandemic. Despite the limited Sunday lunch menu options, everyone was able to find something they enjoyed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied and couldn't have asked for more.

Really disappointed. Food expensive foe what it was. The house special of fish n chips, was nothing special. Whilst fish itself was good, the batter wasn't particularly crispy and size wasn't big as you'd expect. Bright lights, no candles, furniture bit dated. Staff were lovely and helpful though and after several attempts to adjust the lighting,it didn't make any difference! Dessert was limited, badic 3 choices for ice cream, and it wasn't anything tasty, bland vanilla!

The food was acceptable, but the service was slow. If someone had checked on us after our meal was served, I would have complained that the food was not very hot. However, since no one appeared, we ate out of hunger. We were disappointed to learn that crepes were no longer available after a certain time in the evening, especially since this was not communicated on the menu or to us. Perhaps if we had been served more promptly, we could have had our desired dessert. I mentioned this issue when paying, but all I received was a belated apology. View menu
