"The restaurant had no record of our booking for 8 people. They hurriedly prepared a table upstairs in a cramped space that was very humid and hot. Our starters arrived quickly enough, but we waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for our main course. When the dishes arrived, they were cold and had to be sent back. The warmed dishes (though not hot) were generally tasteless and lacked any flavour whatsoever. The quantity of chicken in the chicken dishes was very small. At this stage, we just wanted to finish our meal and get out. We were offered coffees on the house to make up for the poor service, but we declined. Instead, they took 10% off the bill. It was generally agreed by all that this was the worst mean we ever had, and we left the restaurant without adding a tip for service. Not to be repeated."
