"Food good, prices and service ok too. Only the waiting time was a bit annoying. Deliveries are constantly being made to pick-up and delivery services and the people in the restaurant are waiting with (almost) empty glasses for the burgers they have ordered. The restaurant was about 30% full and our food only arrived after about 45 minutes. When there were fewer people picking up food, the kitchen was also able to keep up with the orders better. If you were told about the longer waiting time when ordering, that would be progress. We'll definitely try it again, as things can go wrong...and we'll definitely allow a little more time."

The food was delicious, the service was very friendly and the atmosphere was also very nice! Prices are unfortunately a bit high, but that's the only negative, otherwise everything is great. Definitely recommended

Unfortunately the service was disappointing. We had to wait 35 minutes to even order, even though it wasn't particularly busy. The drinks also took a long time to arrive and the food took over an hour to arrive. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. It's a shame, because the burgers were really tasty the service simply should have been better. View menu

The burgers taste very good at a fair price, but they could be a little bigger. If you're really hungry, I would definitely recommend 2 patties. Fries are also very tasty, but the extra charge for sauces is not worth it in my opinion. Drinks: Tegernseer on tap top. The homemade lemonades as non alcoholic alternatives also looked good. We'd love to come back!

I eat at Ruffs regularly, and MOST of the time they are both reliable and tasty. But sometimes you get weird service like recooked burgers and last week the guy in the kitchen in NB told me they had closed down the kitchen at 9:30 already even though the hours say open till 10. I also got a request from Google to remove an old posting because it was negative and I don't really appreciate the censorship.
