"We’re a bit disappointed about the communication of the restaurant management. We made a reservation to secure our spot on this idillic place to have lunch because we need to drive 1 hour to reach this point. When we arrived we saw a paper hanging on the gates at the start of the hike saying the restaurant was closed that day for bad weather (while the sun was shining when we arrived). We then tried to call them to ask for more information but they were also unreachable. I think that a restaurant that closes because of bad weather needs to be prepared to contact their customers to notify them about their cancellation. We know that they probably didn’t mean for this to happen but it comes across very unprofessional. I hope we can still come lunch here one day if we come back to Mallorca. Response to reaction restaurant: We did not receive a call from you that day. We called you between 9.30-13.00 but got no answer. Don't try to put this on us."

food com qualidade mas os preços são algo elevated. o acesso não é for all. da estrada até ao restaurant é precise caminhar mais de 3kms per um estradão de terra e pedra, de qualquer forma vale a pena conhecer. bom atendimento and you're so pretty.

beautiful place you can get to make a trip (all down, though it seems to climb) 1h or 1h and little or no by boat, boat or several. easy access for dogs and/or animals. like all seaside restaurants and in magical places, prices a little high. per person about 40/50€ approx. Yes, very good quality. paellas made in wood oven, a very little sighted peculiarity.

to get to this place, you have to go a road of about 3 km from the nearest urbanization, but it is worth it because when you arrive you find a restaurant on several levels with excellent views of the place of sa foradada. the ideal thing is to eat a paella made in the wood stove or if you do not enjoy the many other vineyards that the local has. the attention of the waiters is excellent. amazing deal, our waitress was a girl with glasses. You can tell him to leave his job and so he lets us know. amazing dishes, with 1 dish they eat 2 people. amazing views, although to get down to the restaurant you have to walk 1 hour down and the only parquing closes at 17h in the afternoon. uphill it became very heavy and more in those heat hours. If you are going to take a boat! board 90€.

I've gone 2 times and I'd drop to go back that if I could say the day that the girl cooks her food is excellent, you see that she has love for what she does and her presence says it cleans quiet and smiling instead the other lady is a disaster we ask for a famine at the point and almost until she walks from the raw inside and on the outside all the chamocadas and covering the flaw with cheese.

The restaurant has a lot of fame although rather fame has the cove, the restaurant is chiquitito and has a few tables there that will cost you to find and get a reservation, the products are fine although to us they told us that the shrimps were fresh but they were really frozen, the rice was not sufficiently made so that it was raw otherwise the treatment of the staff and the waitress that attended us was exquisite and very good View menu

beautiful views. Horrible heat, plus our table was next to the fire (since there was no other one and we wanted to eat here and they made us hole) so it didn't help. We book with a week in advance, so I recommend to book long to have a decent table. We agreed on a boat, for this at least one person has to go swimming to the dock and get wet to the restaurant, where you can't be in bikini... they were not bad, but I honestly expected more for reputation and recommendations. what I do not recommend under any concept are the chrome.

yesterday we could enjoy this restaurant and some dream views of my friends and me. We arrived in the area without much hope of getting a place, because after several attempts to book by phone, we did not get them to take us. We were lucky to have a place and less bad. It's a great place. the service was wonderful with us. very, very friendly and at all times very attentive. we ate golden grill, seafood paella and caprese salad. everything was delicious. I recommend it a lot. We pay about 32 euros each with drink and two desserts to share. totally affordable for the fall we were.

"A Disappointing Experience at Es Raco Des Teix! I recently visited the much-lauded Es Raco Des Teix in Deia, Mallorca, Spain, with my spouse, and I must say that our experience left a lot to be desired. Despite the hefty price tag of 600 euros, the overall quality of the meal fell far short of our expectations. In fact, we have had better and more unique dining experiences at other establishments that don't charge an arm and a leg. One of the main issues we encountered was the minuscule portion sizes. Each dish was disappointingly small, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and craving more substance. To make matters worse, some of the dishes arrived at our table cold, which significantly impacted our enjoyment of the meal. For the premium price we paid, we expected impeccably executed dishes that were both delicious and presented with artistic flair. Sadly, Es Raco Des Teix failed to deliver on this front. Another letdown was the sommelier's performance. We were looking forward to an insightful wine pairing experience, but the sommelier did not provide us with the expected level of expertise. The explanations regarding the chosen wines and their compatibility with the dishes were scarce, leaving us feeling disconnected from the overall dining experience. Surprisingly, we had a far better and more informative wine tasting experience at a local winery in the area, where the staff eagerly shared their knowledge and passion for the wines. When dining at a restaurant of this caliber, one expects a true culinary journey, complete with unique flavors, meticulous presentation, and attentive service. Unfortunately, Es Raco Des Teix fell short on all these fronts. The lack of creativity in the presentation of the dishes left us unimpressed, and the absence of detailed explanations from the waiters and sommeliers about the specificities of each dish and wine pairing was a missed opportunity. Ultimately, the exorbitant price we paid for our meal at Es Raco Des Teix did not reflect the quality or experience we received. While the restaurant may boast a Michelin star, it failed to deliver a truly memorable dining experience that justified the steep cost. I cannot help but feel that we were taken advantage of, as we have had far more satisfying and enlightening dining experiences elsewhere. Save your money and seek out a more authentic and exceptional culinary adventure elsewhere in Mallorca."
