"In the picturesque Valdemosa we caught our eye this traditional bakery, whose smell drew us in, without having any idea what we wanted. There was a metal rack with many buns sprinkled with powdered sugar. I ask what it is, the baker tells us Coke not potatoes . That is, fried potatoes, probably for a sweet snack from what the smoke betrayed, and we were even told that this is a local specialty of the village. They were nice, completely fluffy because of the potato, and they were a bit like bread. Nothing spectacular, however it was fresh."

La mujer muy atenta. Nos dió un poco de historia sobre esa panadería en la que está basado un libro. Y los dulces increíbles, la coca de patata buenísima.
