i go there every now and then great experience every time we go there. excellent food , great service.

Just found a nail on the lamb polao.. Almost made me vomit. As a regular customer its very unsatisfactory for me. I hope they can be more careful while preparing foods and use gloves...

i used to be regular customer but slowly slowly this guys push me away, the food is way to spicy. and of course they should do some courses about anger management. thanks but no thanks.... View menu

beautiful chicken ktikka wraps and kebab wraps. really friendly staff that gave me a plate of sweetsepakora to munch while waiting for my order. five good packings put me back an incredible £15.50! watch how the guy makes the brot. (baced while you wait.)

The chicken curry on the bone is actually tandoori chicken covered in a generic gloopy curry sauce. The Bombay Aloo had remnants of cauliflower and sweet red pepper in it obviously the chef just plucked out some spuds and covered them in the usual...curry as well! I've been visiting Salim Spice for a few years now. I think the food is delicious, spicy and good value for money. I normally get takeaway and a large portion of food is You get some salad and yoghurt thrown in for free which...helps to calm the spice a bit. I've found the staff to be friendly and pleasant. The only small gripe is that the food can sometimes be a bit too oily. However, it's so tasty I'm happy to overlook that. I generally go for the vegetarian options such as dhal, mixed veg curry, chana etc and can certainly recommend these.

I've been a customer since I've enjoyed many good meals throughout these years. Over the last couple of years I have experienced great change. The customer service has severely deteriorated and the food quality. It's very difficult to say but... it's almost as if...you are not welcome if you are not Pakistani or Indian and they charge you more ! Today I went there and once again I was made to feel unwelcome and experienced very bad service. It is such a shame as I've been enjoying there food for fifteen years. I'm not going to say this is the best curry take away in London but it does get my full recommendation. Not really for those who don't like spicy food as all the curries have a bit of a kick. Pre-prepared curries are in trays...in the chiller and portions are individually heated, rather than each dish being cooked from scratch, if you know what I mean. I don't know if it's just because of Ramadan right now but what I like is that they change their selections so you can sometimes try something new. I had Chana Chaat today -a spicy cold salad type dish with yoghurt which was very good indeed. Fried spicy aubergine slices were something else on offer recently. Tasty. And they've done a kind of...
