"This restaurant is clearly overrated. I ordered the burrata with tomatoes, and the burrata was unremarkable while the tomatoes were overripe. Next, I tried the tagliolini with black truffles; the pasta was slightly overcooked, and there were only three truffles on the plate. Overall, the service was average. We had to request basic items like olive oil, salt, and broth. There was also a diner who loudly complained and insulted the staff, which was quite outrageous. We ended up leaving the restaurant feeling frustrated and upset. While such behavior isn’t acceptable, it reflects the dissatisfaction with the service we experienced."

Beautiful inside and lovely for couples and small groups . Would have liked more prawns on the starter prawn dish as well as the main prawn pasta dish . But overall a lovely experience and they kindly made a complimentary anniversary dessert for us which was gorgeous

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We've dined at several San Carlo restaurants, especially the Flying Pizza in Leeds, and all have been great, but our experience last night was exceptional. The only minor criticism we had was that the background music was occasionally distracting during our conversation and could be turned down a notch.
