"I gave 3 stars because initially I went into that restaurant to get a coke and a water, and from there everything was fine apart from the prices that for better or worse those who do catering...then given the kindness I decided to take my family to eat for dinner.. as soon as we entered there was a musty smell mixed with a smell of sweat that was out of place... we sat down, the waiter arrived and understood what the **** is going on in buildings and then we started miming or making drawings for the various dishes , 1 dish was returned because it was not the one ordered, the products used for the dishes were not fresh at all, the only positive note was the bill which for what they offer seems ok to me! The greeting then on the way out was like taking the **** in the sense that you paid to eat what we wanted to bring you! another X"

We know that on Valentine's Day if you go out for dinner you have to expect poor service, but this evening we exceeded the limit of what is imaginable. We ate really well and in the end to make up for the hours of waiting they didn't charge us!!! Well hats off to you Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The girl who manages the room (perhaps she is the owner) is very rude.....after a while she starts to be moody and look at customers badly when they ask for something......perhaps she is too tired to work? Mahhh Kid-friendliness: Yes THERE are dishes that even children can eat Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Nice atmosphere even if it needs some modernization. I would raise the temperature a little. The staff, although few, are attentive and kind. We ate well, I even tasted a dish I've never seen before. Convenient parking right in front. Perhaps among the cheapest. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30

I have tried many restaurants with the all you can eat formula, but I always return to Sapporo with great pleasure. The food is excellent and the managers are very friendly. In addition to eating at the restaurant, I had the opportunity to try the takeaway which is very convenient thanks to the discount applied to receipts over €25 and with generous portions! I think it is the best oriental restaurant in Novara at the moment Price per person: €10–20

Spendiamo a testa mediamente € 40.
