"Accoglienza eccellente in una location comoda ed elegante, con prosecco offerto e pane carasau, servizio premuroso ed attento, in sala si prodiga l'ottimo Giancarlo. Lo Chef Siro, personalmente ai fornelli, gestisce ad un livello eccezionale la cucina di questo ristorante, siamo tornati per gustare il ricco antipasto crudo di freschezza notevole e che abbina sapientemente pesce ed agrumi. Proseguiamo degustando i cotti: tra le varie e deliziose proposte spiccano i soliti calamari scottati al tegame con broccoli e pane carasau, Proseguiamo con dei deliziosi ravioli ripieni di ricotta e conditi con targa ed arancio. Terminiamo con una seadas al miele col sapore di arancio.Beviamo un ottimo vermentino al bicchiere. Conto contenuto, considerando il cibo e la location. Torneremo appena possibile."

My wife has food allergies and the chef and staff couldn’t have been more accomodating. This restaurant is a hidden gem (google sends to the wrong address, it’s in via Sardegna). There’s a great variety of menu items; food, bread, wine, olive oil were all excellent.

We stopped here for lunch after dropping our europcar rental off. Service was extremely slow, the waiter worked his butt off while the manager worked on his accounting. Food was good, not super but high quality seafood... But the prices were high... By any standard.

We were recommended to this restaurant by the manager of Hotel Golden and we were not disappointed . Every detail was sublime , service impeccable and professional , we enjoyed our food and wine so much we went back on our final night . Esistono i ristoranti specializzati in pesce dove si mangia bene e si esce soddisfatti. Poi esiste il Sardegna di Siro Sanna e Giancarlo Garofalo dove si entra e si intraprende un viaggio in un’altra dimensione. Qui non si cucina ma si esercita un’arte sconosciuta ai più. Sapori e abbinamenti da maestro, servizio impeccabile, carta dei vini completa.

Once a business meeting place for lunch given its proximity to the aerospace and financial heart of Rome, now it can surprise you also for dinner. Excellent choices of Sardinian specialties fresh everyday from the island. Owener and chef are humble yet assertive in their selections. The Ruinas white wine is simply outstanding. A bit pricy,,,but worth it.

The restaurant opened on Sunday evening just for our small group of 15. One of the Owners was there to help serve us along with his gracious staff. The food was superbly prepared. The second course was a pork slice and ham pinned together with a toothpick and herb leaf. The food was very good, the staff excellent and the owner very gracious. This restaurant was highly recommended by the concierge at our hotel. It was extremely expensive and not worth the money in our opinion. The appetizer was very good, the pasta course was ok but not worth 25 euros and the entree was hideous. It was supposed to be shrimp scampi but was 3 sliced shrimps, still in shell with head on, stuffed and grilled until they were like rocks. When we complained all they said was that's the way they do scamp!!!!!!

My wife and I have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Last night was no exception. We had an excellent dinner and continue to highly recommend this restaurant! We started with shrimp cocktail and the moscardini (fried baby octopus). We followed that with two specials of the day: cacio e pepe with prawns (linguini) and pacceri with seafood. All dishes were excellent. The service was great. We will return again! Also, if you go, use the Fork for a discount
