"I had been to this restaurant a couple of times before and it was a place I used to enjoy going with my family. Nothing spectacular, but still a good option specially given the options that you have in Geneva. However, the last time I went I had a very bad experience. When I checked the bill, I noticed they were charging me for a more expensive version of the dish I had ordered (they were charging me for a mezze complet, when in fact I had ordered a mezze for three, about 40 CHF difference in price). That's no big deal, sometimes they get it wrong when issuing the bill, I just politely informed a waiter that I had ordered something else than they were charging me. None of the waiters that I had spoken with did anything always referring to someone else and the waiter who had served us was avoiding me. When eventually the chef/manager came to speak with me, he before speaking with the waiter that had served us started saying that what he had served me was a mezze complet and that I had to pay for it. I had no way of knowing if they were serving me the right dish or not and it was not what I had ordered. Eventually, I paid the amount corresponding to what I had ordered, but honestly the whole thing felt very shady and I felt very disrespected at the restaurant. It's not a bad place, but I don't intend going back because of the way I was treated (also, rule of thumb: you shouldn't go to a place where you had an argument with the person who manipulates your food). If you do go, check your bill before paying!"

We tasted the Valentine's Day menu, a real delight, very copious, really very good, too bad the service was deplorable, we had reserved the restaurant, we absolutely did not complain, an impression of being in the way on several occasions, we had to ask for our drinks and waited a long time between meals. starter and main course so we were no longer hungry, too bad because the food was very good.

Après avoir attendu presque 1h pour qu'on m'amène la carte, je passe commande d'une assiette de grillades Mechoui et là surprise après encore 45 minutes d'attente: 3 morceaux de viandes qui se battent dans l'assiette! J'ai cru rêver en voyant l'assiette arrivée! A 39 chf l'assiette on s'attend vraiment à mieux! Rapport qualité/prix ultra décevant.J'étais prêt à ne pas leur tenir rigueur pour le service lamantable si le plat était bon mais ce n'est pas le cas.Il y a bien mieux sur Genève...
