Typical Munich bar/restaurant. Expect good value for beer and food, but not 5 star restaurant. Good to meet up with friends and locals.

I had here a Bavarian brunch, it was a very nice experience and everything was good and traditional. I suggest the white woorst, the bread balls and the soup of mushrooms

When I lived in Schwabing, this was my go-to restaurant for a relaxing evening. Wide selection of dishes, excellent beer, and good service. Also shows football, but you need to get there early to get a seat, as it's very popular with the locals. View menu

Been in this place many times, mostly for a beer or two. This time we had lunch, ordering two wienerschnitzel that should be the best dish for a Munich Gaststätte Very average food, probably even less, with no taste at all. Considering the price, in...line with similar offer, I expected something better. At least the portion was generous. Service was kind

I've been many times in this restaurant Bar. Sometimes only for drink beer and watch a football game or sometimes for lunch and diner. this is not Haute cuisine but the food is good. bavarian specialities but also i lik ethe Roastbeef and club...sandwich. They are always trying to help if you need a reservation at the last moment.. and the service is very good!

We happened upon this place when passing by. A good selection of drinks and with seating outside until this was a great place to sit and chat and relax. There were a couple of table of people eating, who were obviously enjoying the ambience....There was no feeling that you should be here to eat, rather than drink, or vice versa. There's a TV, but it did not overwhelm the . Staff were really pleasant and helpful. It would be a good place to visit in a group View menu

My wife and I visited Scheidegger in late April for dinner one night, and it was a wonderful experience for both of us. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome as one of the nieghbors. Of every restaurant we visited...in Munich, this place made us feel more like Cheers' than any other, with a decidedly local atmosphere. The Bavarian food and beer were excellent, and we felt very much at home here, despite speaking very limited German. Very highly recommended!

We were there for breakfast, trying out the Weisswurst breakfast which is really a great bargain in the morning (before 12) costs only 1euro per sausage Just don't make the mistake I did and order Gsund (Healthy) breakfast you pay some...10E for REALLY CRAPPY food old celery sticks along with dry carrots, tasteless cheap yoghurt with even cheaper granola, a miserable basket of bread and loads of cheese (very healthy) I'm still giving this restaurant a 4, even though the meal was really disappointing because when in Rome.. why order a non-bavarian meal in such a restaurant?

I have been here for lunch times since April and always have a good meal. The real deal is when you order from the Mittagskarte. The price for those range from to Euros. They serve very big portions. Today I had a...special coating schnitzel called Bergbauern scweinschnizel with salad and Rosti for Euro. It was very good. I have also enjoyed their currywurst, Fleishpfanzerl Bavarian meatballs in gravy and schweinhaxe. Lots of people love the wiener schnitzel The Augustiner beer is cold and a lot of locals eat here.
