"Eating at Brauhaus zum Schwanen was our "splash out" meal of our holiday. For me, the starter of cold cucumber soup with diced herring was the outstanding item: refreshing and delicious. The husband loved his starter of tartar of herring and the son had no complaints about his Maultaschen. For the main course they had the Schweinhaxe, which they thoroughly enjoyed. I had a small portion of the roast pork with Semmelknoedel, which was good. The ground floor dining room is very smart and modern. Going downstairs to the toilets, you go through the old-fashioned Keller, which smelled rather damp. The service was efficient but we were rather perturbed by all the laughter and chatter coming from the kitchen. Not that we think the staff shouldn't enjoy their work, but the fun in the kitchen is why I'm giving 3 rather than 4 stars for service. Three starters, three main courses, three beers, an Apfelschorle and two coffees came to €91.90."

very good service. Eat bourgeois ok. ambiente in the cellar comes up little, because relatiw large space is not divided and möblierung looks a little sterile.

fine eating with very good, home-brown beer. the menu is not too inviting, yet for every taste something. service was flott and friendly. unfortunately a bit loud, but it was at the measurable time and therefore very well visited.

the first time in edible. apparently, this was only reopened locally under a new night. I didn't know how it was before. what I can say:very beautiful ambiente. friendly and up-to-date staff. super fairy tales. eating was good, the portion rather small. dessert was for it bigger, very fine and an interesting creation. the well-known gas house offers, in addition to various types of specially brewed beer, a dense selection of drinks and dips in a cozy traditional atmosphere including vaulted cellar. the food tastes very good, and the portions are large. the service is very friendly and flotted. everything is true and we can recommend it locally with good sense. a reservation is mandatory so that there are no deins.

I was there on a normal weekday to eat with colleagues. the eating of my colleagues was quite in the frame of the price-performance ratio. my bark fillet was completely out of any justification. there were maximum (sufficiently estimated) 170g meat with 5)!( bars spatula and 3)!( kartoffeln. nearly 35€ (!) cost the culinary experience. even if it has tasted well; good is not sufficient in such a case. I got the answer "I'm right, that's why I've made the day recommendation." not recommended by me.

very cozy, typical of the area. the beer is a special feature of the restaurant, where you can visit the brewery whose production is 80% for the restaurant. There are four types of beers starting from gradations under 5 to 28°, without chemical preservatives. I drank the weiss, great, to try absolutely. I ate everything based on white aspararagi, both the soup and the main dish characterized by 6 white asparagus, potatoes and sauce that was fine to us. Other dishes such as appetizer (ravioloni and salad) and as main dish (the classic Milanese, other types of meat and trout). All very nice, I will come back View menu

we have spent a very nice evening in the buzz. the very professional service has always given us perfect care without being intrusive. I had a very excellent beard soup as an appetizer. after that my wife and I both had the cordon bleu. the calf was super tasty, only the cheese could have been more meaningful. alone the size of the portion could have been a bit more lush. the not too huge cordon bleu was accompanied by a just a little small but fine potato-grain salad. was also the in-house fairytale. more. also the light colour of the lighting might be a bit more friendly (so more warm white), so that the delicious food and the people look better at the table.

I was here with a group of colleagues. the waiter at the entrance was very friendly and placed directly to a few little frying. I liked it right away, but I'm sure it's not everyone's thing. As for a brewhouse, there was a series of different beers. The waiter had some helpful tips so that in our round everyone was satisfied. My pumpkin soup was very good, which one can recommend. Unfortunately, the malted maul pockets have located something in the lean. they should have been a little better off. the other dishes were very appealing and it seemed to have tasted good for everyone.Everything in all a good restaurant, in which you are well-received with a somewhat larger group.
